Poor customer service, dirty boat, not worth the money or time

We were not allowed any food or drinks of our own, including water. When I questioned this, this grumpy woman said "You can only buy products on the boat. You wouldn't take your own food to a restaurant." This is absurd. We paid for a whole day boat trip that came with lunch, not a "restaurant". Unsurprisingly, all the food/drink on board was overpriced. The boat stank of petrol and cigarettes. There was cigarette ash everywhere, all over the tables and in the sinks in the bathroom. The crew smoked constantly. No one spoke to us at all, until I sought someone out to ask what the itinerary was and why we hadn't set up off (an hour after boarding). The crew were unfriendly throughout. The location itself was pretty but all 4 stops were so similar to each other, and we didn't stop at any islands that we could explore or that had pretty beaches.

Don’t do it (especially through Viator)

I will keep it short: it will feel very cheap even for 40 bucks, there is no island exploration, the food will make you sick, there is no snorkeling, the staff will be rude and you will be with 120 people who paid a fraction of what you paid. It is akin to being stuck on a long long bus ride with 4 stops (not 5) to swim in overcrowded waters that are no better than the beach of Çalis. Save your money and don’t book this scam. If you’re still interested in doing this tour, book directly on the docks and bargain hard. This is not worth 10 dollars.

Hello, Your comment is very valuable to us. However, as seen in the boat pictures, the capacity is large and can reach up to 100 people. We are in high season and everywhere is crowded, this is normal. Every day, many people participate in this tour, and no one has ever been sick from the food. A lot of attention is paid to high-temperature meals on the boat tour. There is no risk in the meal given to 100 people on the boat tour, everything is freshly bought and cooked daily. As for the price difference, it may be cheaper at the port. We offer this tour with round-trip transfer, which gives us an extra cost. You wrote to us about your problems before. What a great time. Family fun. Multiple stops and chances of swimming in the Mediterranean. Bring your own snorkeling gear if into it. It is much cheaper if you buy the ticket from the city tour guides rather than online.

The friendliness and cheerfulness of the tour guide and helpers. It was a brilliant day out with my spouse. Enjoyed the lunch too. But beware, you will not get to the 12 Islands, we only stopped at 4 of the Islands, and saw the remaining on our way. They should have a good commentary on the Islands for the Travellers to know about the islands' little histories.
