Such a great way to see some parts of Edmonton we wouldn't have seen any other way!
We traveled along parkland trails and across a few bridges. So fun!
We saw some landmarks and learned some history of the area.
Chris was a great Segway instructor and a wonderful guide!

Very disappointed. They cancelled my tour 2 hours before the tour start time due to the guide being sick. My brother drove in from Fort McMurray for this. I am surprised that they do not have a backup guide for situations like this. We will not be rebooking.

I was afraid that it would be difficult to ride a Segway, but after a few minutes of safety training, I was able to get quite comfortable on my Segway. The ride along the river was lovely and lush. The historical information provided by our guide Ben was very interesting. We chose to take the ninety minute tour and I suggest that you do because it gives you a chance to see some of the neighborhoods alone. The river as well as the park areas and the bridges. The tour was relaxing and fun.

Worth doing the 90 min instead of 60 min. We loved our tour guide Ben he is full of fun facts! Dont forget to finish off with a cocktail and a fun yard game. Great vibe to hang out before or after your tour

Viator appeared to be a fraud. The segway provider did not have our payment or booking. We paid for 1.5hr and only got 1hr. They the gave us a coupon. Viator caused a significant delay for the service and ruined the experience. Viator should refund my money for failing to provide the serice as paid for. As we are in canada and viator seems to be US based the issue is significany

Great experience! Chris was a very good teacher who put me to ease about riding a Segway. This was a fun, exciting way to explore the Edmonton River Valley system and see some landmarks along the way. Chris was very knowledgeable about the area and he provided interesting tidbits of information along the route. Great for teens!! I would highly recommend the 90 min tour!

Experience was really great! Glad we did the 90 minute tour, ...60 minutes would have been too short. Tour guide was great, lots of cool facts of the city and great views of the river valley. Cool way to explore. Only complaint is that it is quite expensive!
