Surprise, Surprise.

I planned the Discover the Art of Brunch Tour as a surprise for my husband’s 40th birthday which was $395 per person. Imagine our surprise when the tour operator was a no show., the number provided was disconnected, and there was no response to email. We contacted customer service who also had no way of contacting the tour operator but informed me that they would send a refund request to them and I had to wait 3 business days for them to provide “their side of the story” before they could approve the refund request, after which it could take another 7 business days for my refund, if it was approved. No accommodations for time lost, no other options or solutions to make this right. Just “we understand, but this is our policy.”
