Overview

Mountain and sea views, wildlife and culture, driving a scooter—this tour makes for a phenomenal half-day in Da Nang. You’ll start near the base of Son Tra (aka Monkey Mountain), visiting a local fishing village. Then it’s up to Linh Ung Pagoda, facing the ocean, and the mountain's summit. This is a great way to spend the morning, seeing much of the scenery outside of Da Nang, including a fishing village, stellar views and the Lady Buddha. Our guides were outstanding, giving excellent facts on history of the area and their insights. They were caring and attentive and made it very memorable. Water was supplied, fruit was tasty, and lunch was excellent at a small restaurant. Bikes were powerful (needed on those hills!) and proper helmets fit us all (2 adults + 1 ten-yr old) Many thanks to Brandon, Alan and Binh for their care and attention - we will remember this tour and wish you all the very best!

Amazing motorbike tour

This motorbike tour was one of the highlights of my trip to Da Nang. Everything was perfectly organized and full of local charm. Riding through Da Nang on the back of a motorbike gave me a whole new perspective of the city — from bustling streets and colorful markets to peaceful coastal roads and hidden local spots I never would’ve found on my own. Bao was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. He shared so many fascinating stories about Da Nang’s history, culture, and everyday life, and you could really tell how passionate he was about his city. I’d recommend this tour to anyone visiting Da Nang — whether you’re a solo traveler, couple, or small group. It’s the perfect way to experience the city like a local and learn from someone who truly loves what they do.

Thank you very much for the amazing tour! Driver was prompt, informative & easy going to what I wanted with this tour. He worked out all the transportation and I had a wonderful time! Great English and a great personality! He was very organized and couldn't have asked for a better tour. Highly recommend and would not hesitate to book again! If you are looking for an interesting way to explore the Son Tra Peninsula and all of it's beauty, make sure that you book an afternoon tour with Dan Nang Scooter Adventures. Riding along on a motorbike was great fun and our tour guides, Bao and Duy were fantastic. They were such gentlemen! They made us feel very safe and looked after us from start to finish. The sunset views on the back of the bike were amazing 💕

This was such a nice day. We Saw everything We could have wished for. We visit places, that you nerver will see on your own. We saw stunning wievs and monkeys and ended up with some delicious lokal food 😍 Bao took a lot of Photos of us everywhere, so that We could remember the trip. He was also a very safe driver. We Can recomend this trip, if you are in Danang.

A great way to spend an afternoon and evening just outside Da Nang

My partner and I thoroughly enjoyed this trip. Chris and Binh were our wonderful riders who took us up onto the mountain allowing us to get a great overview of Da Nang and the surrounding mountains at sunset. There were great chances to see the common monkeys on the hill, paragliders and along with a few sightings of the more shyer and critically endangered Red-shanked douc. Our guides were extremely kind and knowledgeable of the history and the area. They also provided a wonderful dinner at the end. Greatly recommend this adventure

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed this amazing biking experience on Monkey mountain. Our guide communicated well with us, and the day was easy to book and organise pick up from our hotel. We rode on the back of the bikes and our drivers explained things about the local area on the way. We stopped first at the fishing village and then were taken with a small group up to see the Lady Buddha. Our guides were extremely friendly and knowledgeable, and took time to answer our questions and take photos. The best part of the day was riding further up the mountain and seeing lots of Langurs (monkeys). Thank you to Bao and team for a wonderful day. This was one of the highlights of our trip.

My husband and I took this tour and loved it! He rode his own scooter and I rode with one of the guides, Thanh. Thanh was a great person to ride with, he was very nice, educational, and a very safe driver. Tam was a wonderful guide who took us up to Monkey Mountain. We felt very safe the whole time. We stopped for lots of great photo opportunities along the way. Tam was very clever and helped me get the best poses ( my favorite was a yoga pose) at the most scenic places. We got to see monkeys up close which was such a treat, they are so cute. We stopped at a nice picnic spot for lunch, which was delicious. We had homemade burgers made by Tam's mom, you get a choice of beef, chicken, or veggie along with cold drinks. The view at the top of the mountain was amazing. On our way back, we stopped for a sugar cane drink and some grilled rice paper snacks which was really nice. Overall, I suggest you book this tour, you won't regret it!
