Misleading and confusing communication.

To be careful when Viator said small group because we ended up with a big group of 19. Also be careful when the local operator contract you because you may be responding to the wrong tour especially when you cancelled a tour. They don’t communicate well to the operators. Thus the confusion. Just glad our big group guide was good. The Hoi A was disappointing because we wanted a tour of the city and not the boat ride to release the lantern. I guess I misread the tour information Tommy made it better the group was fine
