Escape for a day in the mountains! If you are looking for a unique experience away from the beach and hot weather, this is the perfect destination. Ba Na Hills offers a variety of attractions, including amusement parks with roller coasters, hotels, restaurants, coffee shops, breathtaking views, and a relaxing atmosphere.
We had excellent communication with the tour guide both the night before and throughout the entire trip via WhatsApp. Pickup from our hotel was right on schedule at 7:45 AM. After a few additional stops to collect other tourists, we enjoyed an approximately 45-minute drive from the city to the mountain.
The area is organized into three levels. The first level includes the parking area with shops and restaurants. The second level features the famous Golden Bridge, the Buddha statue, and beautiful gardens. The third and largest level has hotels, restaurants, bars, coffee shops, an amusement park, and the charming French Village.
We first took the cable car to the third level, where we had three free hours to explore, enjoy activities, and have lunch. Afterwards, we went by cable car to the second level to visit the Golden Bridge and Buddha statue for about an hour. Finally, we descended by cable car to the first level, where our bus driver was waiting for us at the parking lot. The return drive to Da Nang took about one hour.
The entire experience lasted eight hours, was very well structured, and perfectly organized.

The Golden Bridge tour was fantastic! The cable car ride offered amazing views, the bridge itself was stunning, and the overall experience was really well organized. Lunch was delicious and a great addition to the trip. Highly recommend!

We loved it wished that we had more time there well worth. Amazing place. love to go back one day. Lots of walking lunch was amazing. And the french quarter the children love it. We took took a amazing ride in the cable car up to the hands Bridge and on to the french quarter it was a same that the children could not do the rides because of the fog

We were quite disappointed due to heavy rain the moment we reached Bana Hill. It was quite a bad weather throughout and we could not enjoyed the scenery at the Bana Hill nor taking any good pictures outdoor. But we really appreciate our guide Mr William who had been coordinating well throughout the whole tour. Thumbs up William.

Beautiful place. The cable cars were amazing. The bridge is something else. It was quite a long day and they stopped at a pearl factory which we weren’t interested in and wasn’t on the itinerary! Host Harry was fab and managed to keep everyone together

While this tour offers a fabulous experience, and a must see in Da Nang, with Golden Bridge being a bucket list destination, be aware, it's very crowded - don't think you'll be able to take a photo of just yourself..! haha

There was nothing about this experience that needed or justified a tour guide. I think our person was chill but not a lot of history was given and the amount of "free time" we had let's you know you just need a ride to this "vietnamese universal studios".

The trip should’ve been cancelled as the weather was horrendous! Zero visibility up on the Golden bridge and French Village.
Definitely not worth coming for us today!

An experience of a life time. Our tour guide, Hoa, was pleasant, patient and professional. We had a young child and an elderly mom in our group of 10 and he was able to accommodate us well. We definitely recommend this tour for anyone visiting DaNang or Hoi An area. We loved it!!

We had a wonderful experience. Han our guide was lovely, she made sure everyone knew exactly what to expect and where to go. The cable car rides were enjoyable and ran smoothly, we already knew to expect crowds however we were lucky the weather was good so our view of the hands was amazing, the Buddha and the gardens were an easy enjoyable walk. The buffet lunch had a huge selection of different foods for us to choose. We easily filled in our time walking through the village, watching the street shows and enjoying the beer fest.

I had a great day going to see something I’ve wanted to for a long time. Our tour guide Dee was fabulous, funny and quickly remembered every new face.
The only negative is the unexpected first stop at the Pearl and Jade factory which I didn’t see on the itinerary. I think it would be best to skip and get to the destination earlier

If you get the opportunity to visit the Golden Bridge don’t you dare skip it. We had a number of memorable tours during our trip but this was among one our most memorable!!! The cable car experience was an experience in it of itself but didn’t prepare us for the views that we were able to see when we reached the top of the mountain. From the marble hands bridge to the botanical gardens and different themed areas there was so much more to experience that it wasn’t possible to enjoy the entire park in just one day. We took some of the most memorable pictures of our trip during this excursion.

We had an amazing tour guide full of energy, Mr. Dee. Very knowledgeable and was very accommodating, we had a snafu the morning of the tour with hotel pick up and was able to rearrange the pickup so we did not miss the tour! We are very grateful for that, and then was able to enjoy great lunch and pictures at Ba Na Hills. This was a great experience and would definitely be happy touring with Mr Dee in the future!

This place is REALLY a new wonder of the world. The tour guide was a young guy called Tom, very kind and professional for his age. The lunch has a variety of cuisine, even vegetarian! It is definitely a place to see!

A large part of the tour consisted of the tour guide herding participants together and then sending participants on their own to the Golden Bridge and Ba Na Hills versus walking alongside the participants and sharing valuable information about each place that was visited.

We had a great time on this tour to Ba Na hills. Steve was an excellent tour guide and super funny as well! He gave us a lot of information about the history and was super knowledgeable. He knew the area well and made sure that every person on the trip had his phone number to contact if they needed assistance. He gave us plenty of time to walk around and explore on our own, and regrouped us when it was time to go to another part of the park.
Steve also asked on the bus ride home where each person was going next, and gave us GREAT recommendations for our upcoming stay in Hoi An.
On a side note - the buffet was delicious and my husband was able to eat here with a severe peanut/tree nut allergy without issue. Overall highly recommend this tour, especially with Steve!
