Driver didn't turn up and still charged my credit card. I contacted Viator via whatsapp and email and are yet to be refunded. Won't use Viator again - better of using Trip Advisor or Grab.

Hi David, As we replied on that day, our driver was there, but couldn't see you. Your flight changed and the arrival time also changed. Our driver had to check many times to know the time your flight will arrive and waited there. I also sent you a message to ask where you were, but you took a taxi instead of calling us first. We also agreed to refund for you 100% and the Viator refunded for you already many days ago. Please check again your account. We are a reliable company and always do what we promised. This was booked at last minute, and unbeknownst to us was overlooked by the transport company. On arrival there was no one to meet us. After sort phone call and text message, they arrived in 10 lines to collect us. Brilliant response and recovery. Highly recommend.
