Our small group of three had two tours with Polylepis tours put of Cuenca. The tours were the highlight of our stay in Cuenca. The operator followed up with us promptly before the tours and after. Our guide for both days was Andres. We all found him to be most informed and helpful during our tours. His English was “perfecto” even though our Spanish was very rusty to say the least. He was able to answer all of our questions along the way, many times before we even asked. He was professional and given the often difficult Covid restrictions, we were able to throughly enjoy each outing. We would recommend this tour operator and guide Andres without reservation!! 5 stars!!!!!
