The Citadelle Gin Distillery is located at Bonbonnet, 16130 Ars. When you arrive, you'll pass a sign “Château de Bonbonnet, Distillerie Citadelle”, and can park in the parking lot behind it, on the right. Then ring the “Visitor Center” bell at the grey gates opposite the parking lot.

Our guide Emma, was very well informed, we learnt the history.of the Chateau and the vision behind the brand. Opening a Gin Distillery in Cognac country was very risky!
We really enjoyed the tour the tasting was brilliant, a variety of flavoured and natural Gins with different mixers. As a staunch Vodka drinker I may now be a convert!!
We will be adding this to our regular visits when our guests arrive.
