Deception

Huguette_V, Oct 2024
On est tombé en panne au milieu de la toundra ,si bien que l'excursion s'est résumée à 3h au lieu de 8h Aperçu 2ours dans le lointain.Bref très cher pour pas grand chose et pas un geste commercial de la part de la compagnie

Response from Host, Oct 2024

Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We would like to clarify that the delay during the tour was no more than 30-40 minutes. To ensure all guests still enjoyed a full eight hours of exploration on the tundra, our team extended the tour time that day beyond the usual return time to make sure guests had eight hours viewing wildlife. We are pleased that much of the day was spent in close proximity viewing two male polar bears, giving everyone an incredible opportunity to observe these animals up close. As you know, wildlife is unpredictable, and we respect their natural behaviour and habitat. Where animals choose to roam or how they act is something we cannot — and would never — control or interfere with.
