Beautiful islands, horrible transportation, and communication

The tour itself was great. It’s such a beautiful place and the guides on the boat were exceptional. The company does a very poor job communicating. He told me I would be picked up in my hotel. I got messages from several different people the day of the trip saying that they are picking me up but then also saying they cannot pick me up. It was confusing and I ended up having to walk to the dock myself. Even the GPS locations he sent me were not correct. They said they would give me two drinks to compensate for the inconvenience. On one of the islands and employee said directly to my face yes I’m giving you this drink and I’m giving you another drink. After drinking both drinks, they still made me pay for one of them, literally chasing me down to the boat to get my credit card. It was ridiculous. The admitted they totally messed up my transportation and continue to be displaying poor communication.

Awesome Morning Activity

Great morning activity, Andres was an awesome guide! We went across the bay to a beach club, hung out for 30-45min and got huge plates of fruit as a snack. Then we headed back across to the start. The sun is intense and there is no shade on the water, sunscreen is a must and a rash guard (long sleeve water shirt) is highly recommend. Also, if you want a tandem kayak, let them know ahead of time or they will default to all singles.
