Pick up intructions from airport: "One of our representatives will be waiting for you outside the terminal, just past the arrivals gate. Our staff will be holding a sign with your name on it. Please note: As this is a shared service, it may take up to 20 minutes to assign a driver. To ensure a smooth transfer and avoid confusion, please go directly to the sign with your name. Important: Shared transfer services operate from 07:00 AM to 8:00 PM. The following hotels have limited access for drop-off directly at the entrance due to vehicle size restrictions or road conditions (e.g., poor road quality or overgrown vegetation): • Sami Atacama Lodge • Naturalis Hotel • Lodge Atacama Horse • Casa Los Duendes • Lodge Altitud Hotels located in the Solor area will have drop-off at the entrance of the area, and those in the Collo area will be dropped off at the Sequitor roundabout."

Thursday van service to San Pedro

The company was very prompt and well organized, especially impressive with so many passengers arriving on different planes. Almost no waiting time which was a plus. Driver seemed safe and van was comfortable…a good way to meet fellow travelers to San Pedro. Recommend this to anyone arriving with no need for a car (arrived midday so not sure what late in day/nighttime service is like).
