This was truly a lovely day. We felt like we were walking around with the mayor of Harlem. His knowledge and enthusiasm is a beautiful thing.

I could not manage to do the tour as the start meeting point was changed without anyone telling me (I called the day before and they confirm the starting place was the one stated on the ticket). After many phone calls and much rudeness from the agent who answered my calls, I realize the guide decided to start the tour at the ending point. I walked 15 minutes to the supposed place and something else was happening there. It took me a while to realize it was another event.
I went on purpose to Harley (1 hour away from my home), could not participate in it, and experienced much stress and rudeness. I am asking, please, for a refund.

While the tour guide was ten minutes late showing up he made up for it by providing a great tour. He was very nice and knowledgeable. He was accommodating to our schedule and preferences for what to see.

This company does not answer their phone after you’ve made an appointment. I finally got in contact with them the day the tour was scheduled. Only to be told that no one was available to do the tour. This company is a scam. And I would not recommend to anyone.

We were fortunate to have a private tour with Andy Owens - not that it was planned, but the way it worked out. Andy is a fount of knowledge about anything in Harlem and he has interesting stories to tell about his life experiences. Great introduction to Harlem!! Highly recommend it. Annette and Doug
