I booked this as a gift for my parents, unfortunately the driver was one hour late due to the traffic, although this is out of their control, having visited Barbados monthly you can anticipate when there will be traffic due to cricket. This meant the tour was rushed. I personally had to chase the driver up, rather than being contacted to be told about the delay. The staff were lovely. The transport was nice, the snack wasn’t good. However the price was expensive for what it was.

We apologize that our service did not satisfy your expectations. We wanted the tour to be a special occasion for your parents and booked a luxury car for the pickup, for what we were hoping to be a great start for an evening at the races. But unfortunately, the driver was late, (35 mins late) and the guide did try to make it a memorable experience by giving as many insights as possible of the first part of the tour within the time limit, before the start of the first race at 5:30 pm. The snack is the local snack, and we are sorry it was not good. We promise to do much better going forward and appreciate your understanding and hope to have the opportunity to serve you better in the future.

This tour was fantastic a first class trip would highly recommend Karen our tour guide was brilliant her knowledge was outstanding on the horse racing and Garrison tour it was such a fantastic adventure and would do this again when I next visit Barbados.
