We also pick up from Villas Please be on time for your pick up When you disembark the cruise ship you will make your way through the cruise terminal. Please follow the green line on the ground to the general exit. At the general exit you will make a left turn making your way to the departure area for all tours. The first area is for the large busses. Your pick up will be directly behind that at the independent operator dispatch gates to meet your tour guide. PLEASE NOTE !! If you do not enter or select a pick up location your tour will be cancelled as without this information we can not collect you for the tour. PLEASE submit the name of your hotel or accommodation at the time of booking!
Itinerary
Select a flexible departure time before midday, and get picked up from your hotel or the cruise port. Your personal driver-guide will work with you and your private party to create a customized itinerary for a half-day of Barbados sightseeing. Let your guide know of any particular interests in the Caribbean island’s history, craft centers, scenic locations, gardens, wildlife, and more. Entrance fees to attractions are not included.
Options may include the following:
See the natural wonders of Harrison's Cave, Welchman Hall Gully, the Animal Flower Cave, or North Point; visit Hunte's Gardens, the Flower Forest, Andromeda Gardens, or Orchid World; or wander around the Barbados Wildlife Reserve and Welchman Hall Gully.
Visit the beaches of Carlisle Bay, Rockley Beach, Miami Beach, Paynes Bay, Foul Bay, Bottom Bay, or Crane; or stop for photo ops at Bathsheba, Cherry Tree Hill, North Point, and Farley Hill National Park.
Go on a rum tour of Mt. Gay Visitor Center or Four Square Rum Factory; visit the Agapey Chocolate Factory; or sample beer at Banks Brewery. Learn about local crafts at Earthworks Pottery and the Batik Studio; or see cricket at Kensington Oval stadium.
Tour St. Nicholas Abbey, Sunbury Plantation, the George Washington House, Barbados Nidhe Israel Synagogue and Museum, the Historic Garrison, Morgan Lewis Windmill, Gun Hill Signal Station, Arlington House Museum, the Barbados Museum, Parliament Museum, St. John’s Parish Church, Codrington College, or the Cricket Legends Museum.
Once your sightseeing is complete, you will be taken back to your hotel or the cruise terminal.

PLEASE submit the name of your hotel or accommodation at the time of booking. If your accommodation is not listed please select the closest hotel to your accommodation. Once your booking is made please then contact us through the message center to advise us of the location you are staying. Please be mindful we only pick up from coastal areas along the South and West Coast unless you are booked on a private tour or your booking is 10 or more persons. In such cases we can make exceptions.
- If you suffer from motion sickness, we recommend taking precautions before the start of the tour. Please also advise your tour guide. Whilst we can sympathize and will try to make you as comfortable as possible our island roads can be bumpy at windy. We must also ensure we take care of all our customers and ensure the cleanliness of the vehicle. If you are ill on board, you will be required to reimburse the driver before the end of the tour for the cleaning fee of between US seventy five and one hundred and fifty dollars. Had a leisurely drive around Barbados with the knowledgeable tour guide Chris. Very informative and we learnt a lot about Barbados. I would suggest taking the AM slot if you want to visit specific locations eg Harrison’s caves etc, as it would be difficult to cover this during the 1pm tour.

Was very easy to work with the guide on an itinerary and he helped maximize the experience, making suggestions and working with vendors to allow us flexibility and also great experiences. The guide was also very knowledgeable and answered our questions about the island. Lastly was great for kids as well!

We had a good tour with driver/guide Ryan. He took a few minutes to warm up and initially seemed a bit unenthusiastic about some of our suggestions for the itinerary.
But he soon got into his stride and turned out to be a knowledgeable guide to all the sights that we visited and was realistic about what we had time for and what we didn't.
We passed through 8 of the 11 Barbados parishes but spent most time exploring the north and west of the island. We visited Welshman gully, Rihanna's childhood home, Animal flower cave, the windmill and a number of viewpoints.
Good value for money and a very good way of getting to see plenty of Barbados in a short bit of time.

Do some research on where you want to go, but also trust your guide's suggestions. We did a little of both and had a great tour. Susan was friendly, knowledgeable, and a safe driver. She showed us parts of the island we hadn't heard about that ended up being he highlight of our tour.

Wonderful 4-hour island tour of Barbados with many beautiful viewpoints along the way. Our guide, Susan, was kind, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. She was an excellent driver, answered all our questions, and made the tour fun with great conversation. She also took special care with our senior parents who needed extra time for mobility, which we really appreciated. Highly recommend!

We wanted to go to Harrison cave for the tram tour but didn’t know what time to get our tickets for so we didn’t have tickets in advance. The day of the tour we couldn’t get tickets early enough but our guide was able to make a call and we managed to get in right when we arrived. We wanted to do St. Nicholas Abby also but there wasn’t enough time. Our guide suggested a drive on east shore and it was very nice.

Chris, our driver and tour guide, did an amazing job. She was prompt, personable and knowledgable. Her taxi looks and feels brand new so it is very comfortable. She took us to great spots on the beautiful island of Barbados. We were picked up at cruise port and taken to airport. Great tour for later flight. FYI; $10 extra fee for each piece of luggage

Excellent experience. Orlando was our driver and he was great. We learned about the island as we were driven in comfort. I didn’t have a plan of what to do on our tour, but he was able to guide us to two spots our family enjoyed. If you want to see Harrison’s cave I recommend booking ahead. It was fully booked but we pivoted and still had a great morning.

Couldn't get off the cruise ship when scheduled and called; they were waiting at the terminal. Couldn't have been nicer. This was significantly less than the tour offered by the cruise line, was private and they dropped us at the airport.
Saw many of the parishes and highlights of the island. Went to a wonderful island bar called Caboose for a fish cutter at their recommendation and excellent!

Our driver Steve was friendly and eager to make our excursion fun for the whole family. Steve arrived with a spotlessly clean van and the requested car seats for our kids. He too is to the Monkey Reserve and made sure we knew when and where to go at the reserve to maximize our enjoyment. He then drove us to a beach so we could all enjoy a good lunch and some beach time. Overall a very fun day and Steve was a big part of that.

We enjoyed an extremely comfortable A/C car tour with Orlando! Highly recommend! Our guide, Orlando was extremely knowledgeable and he was very easy to talk with regarding our interests in doing a tour of the Ilsland, He had great suggestions of his own as well. I have a family history in Barbados but my friends have never been to this most beautiful Caribbean Island. We first traveled up the West Coast of the Island to see some of the beautiful homes and resorts and then we hit some of the must see hotspots such as the Barbados Wildlife Reserve, (in time for the 11 am monkey feeding), and the Animal Flower Caves at the very north end of the Island. The views there are not to be missed! During our tour, we also stopped to see the views from Cherry Hill and we drove past the oldest Windmill in the Western Hemisphere, at his suggestion. After traveling down the less populated east coast, that also has some amazing views, we wanted to have lunch at the famous Atlantis Hotel and Restaurant that is directly on the Atlantic ocean. Before we arrived there, he stopped at Bathsheba, which is also a must see, even though many tourists will be there as well. Lunch at the Atlantis was fantastic, we all had freshly caught fish and chips. The fish was Marlin and the fish and chips is normally served fried, (which was delicious) but you can also request it grilled which was even better! Lunch was our idea and not included in the tour price of course. Finally on the way back to the ship, I requested that he stop at the small cemetery at the St Joseph Church, where many of my family members are buried including my grandfather and great grandmother. He also happiily accommodated this request as well. Our custom tour stretched to 7 hours (for an additional fee), and 4 hours was the normal time offered through Viatour. Don't miss Barbados! And our driver was fantastic. Thank you Orlando!

Great experience, Chris our guide was informative, friendly and funny. We wanted to explore the north of the island and she took us to all the sight seeing spots and pointed out the highlights along the way. We felt really safe with her driving and it was a comfortable and relaxed trip.

The driver was knowledgeable but not friendly. We could not hear his narration (the microphone was not loud enough). The passengers in the rear of the van had no idea what sights we were looking at. The single lane roads in the towns were chaotic. View from Cherry Tree Hill were pretty and the Bathsheba beach area was scenic.
