We got emails saying today’s the day for your great adventure. We show up 15-20 mins early and no one ever showed up! I called the host, no answer, I sent chat, no answer. So I called Viator and they tried to call but you guessed it.. no answer! Still waiting for information on my refund.

Guide read a script from cell phone rather than speaking naturally. The guide should be knowledgeable and be able to articulate the subject matter without the phone. What if service had been interrupted? Also, while the advertisement mentioned wearing comfortable shoes, it did not mention traipsing uphill to a cemetery with exposed tree roots, etc. in the dark without sufficient lighting. Our group of nine left before the tour concluded. I have been on many ghost tours that have been enjoyable, but found this tour disappointing.

The cemetery experience was very interesting, and great for this Halloween season. The tour in Blue Ridge could have been more extensive and should have included more storytelling vs reading a script.

Cause I felt that it was more of a historical tour versus the paranormal tour. They simply took us to houses in which murders or deaths had taken place wow yes it was interesting from my historical standpoint was not very paranormal at all.

This was an amazing your, extremely informative. Getting to know more on the darker, morbid history of Savannah. There was a certain atmosphere about it. Made you hair stand in end but not freak you out. Even managed to catch a few orbs on camera. Would highly recommend this tour to friends and family. In fact I already have!

Our guide Linda was knowledgeable of the area and a wonderful story teller. The group was captivated and hanging on her every word. It was a great experience and I would highly recommend it to anyone in the area.

Guide had good information. Not as knowledgeable as others, but fair. Would appreciate a more animated tour-better story-telling. Tour length was good around the square. Our grouping was rather large so time consumption gathering the group, giving information and sharing pictures gave too much lag time. Maybe put pictures on website to save time-maybe provide a code to see them?

This tour was excellent and fun!! The tour guide brought their own equipment for us to use to find spirits. We went with our 3 teenagers and another family with kids and teens. The tour guide was very knowledgeable about Savannah history and the areas that are haunted. She was very friendly and we were definitely spooked out a few times!! You will definitely enjoy this tour!!

Our guide was very informative and provided a lot of information about the houses and area. HOWEVER, this is NOT A PARANORMAL TOUR. If you are looking for ghost stories, hauntings, etc. I would look elsewhere. If you are looking for a historical tour, the s is fine.

It was absolutely fantastic, lots of history our tour guide was wonderful. It was a great experience, felt a few uneasy feelings at times. Definitely spooky at a few of the places and got a few orbs in our pictures at the oak tree. I would recommend this tour. Seen a few other tour guides on our trip but our guide was by far more interesting. The reviews on this ghost tour were great so made my choice to pick this ghost tour. I agree with the reviews. Definitely recommend.
