Its a really good transportation and you have a enough time to explore and dip into lagoon. Hotel pick up and drop off was smooth

This tour operator was responsible only for transportation from my hotel to Lençóis Maranhenses National Park, so my review is focused purely on logistics. In reality, there is very little difference between tour operators here - they all essentially just transport people from the town to the national park.
They picked me up about 30 minutes earlier than the time they had originally communicated. I was initially annoyed by this, but it turned out that the vehicle had a bigger issue: out of four passenger seats, only two had working seat belts. I ended up taking one of those seats, which made the early pickup somewhat convenient for me.
From a safety perspective, this alone is enough to deduct at least two stars.
The rest of the trip went fine, although I don’t envy the passengers who had to sit in the back of the truck - for them, the ride looked quite uncomfortable.
One small suggestion: the tour description should be updated, as it still mentions a ferry crossing. The ferry no longer exists and has been replaced by a bridge, which is actually safer and more convenient.

One of the most breathtaking national park ever visited, takes a lot of journey to get here, but eventually worth the trip!

The park was amazing. However, I ordered an English tour and I got nothing. The tour guide didn’t speak one word of English. I just followed the group wherever they went and wherever they stopped or when they got in the water. I got into the water like monkeys see Monkeys do.

Incredible tour of the lagoons for a great price! Not sure if it's because of the current global situation (probably) or just the time of day we had our tour (possibly), but there was barely ANYBODY around - it was like we were in a deserted, well, desert hahaha which was absolutely great especially since we were gearing up for a crowd fest in Rio later that week. Got to spend as much time as we wanted hiking and swimming uninterrupted, and our tour guide Rafa was incredibly skilled at pointing out the most minute details in the park... everything from little frogs and tadpoles in the lagoons, to wildflowers on the lagoon banks to fulgurites (lightning strikes in the sand) - - would definitely recommend this tour to anybody planning to visit Sao Luis!
