Better Communication

We were told we would be picked up at 9:30 am and the van didn’t arrive until 10:00am. It didn’t make us late for our flight but would have been better if they had contacted us to let us know of a delay/time change.

Thank you bringing this to our attention. The lady who picked up the guests have been spoken to. The driver apologizes for this but explained that delays by previous hotel pick up had made her late for this pickup. Also she knew the delay was not going to compromised the guest's airline departure otherwise she would have called for back up driver and vehicle to help. All our drivers are aware that should a delay in airport transfer appear to likely compromise a guest's departure schedule our transport manager will be alerted and he will activate our back/emergency support.
