You Viator, ruined my day in Aqaba! You did not deliver anything you promised. Your (so called ‘operator’) was in Isreal amd could not even be contacted.. You should have known and declared to me that an Israeli company was involved! You Viator shd know there is ZErO t’phone communication between jordan and israel! You Viator should have known that the operator ‘tourist jordan’ was not in jordan and combining tourists comijg in late from Israel with cruise ship passengers in Aqaba would be disastrous! Tourist Jordan should have declared where they were operating from etc early on.. You and they were totally negligent .. I could not get any response from the fellows in the last week nor from you.. There is ZERO trust in tour product and marketing! We started three hours later, there was no ‘private small group’ as promised nor any pick up from the cruise ship dock.. the issues go on and on.. Have the decency to write and get further details on what happened! Your handling was horrible… i had 30 minutes inside Petra and had to spend more on golf carts even to get that time..Simply horrible and not worthy of trust..
