Beware this company does not appear to have a "duty of care" to it's customers. Once they have your money they don't seem to ensure you have received their latest communication regarding times. When you are in a foreign country connecting to the internet can be difficult - a simple phone call to check you have received a last minute message is all that is needed but no they don't seem to care as they've got your money.

Absolutely amazing! From start to finish we felt so safe and comfortable with Jesus as our pilot! He’s so well experienced and friendly. Make sure you have his contact number, in case you can’t find the meeting point in the morning to make it easier. It was magical skimming over the sunflower fields at sunrise in the hot air balloon! This was a bucket list memory for our family of 5! (Three children). Absolutely worth it!
