He took good care of us especially in the ski resort as it is very cold up there in the mountain but very nice view and great experience . We really appreciate all his assistance and professionalism. Fantastic orchestration of the trip. Timely through the entire trip. We opted for vegetarian food and was really tasty food which we didn’t expect to get. Saida our tour guide and the team was very passionate about her profession and was very helpful in providing the required support. Greatly appreciate the conduct of trip.
Very nice experience, a must visit place. Had really wonderful tour guide, explained everything clearly. It was very helpful
and overall, it was a fantastic way to explore some of the most iconic landmarks in the area. Our guide was incredibly knowledgeable, giving us not only the history behind each place but also some local insights that we would have missed otherwise. The tour covered all the key spots—museums, historical buildings, and scenic viewpoints.
One of the best parts of the tour was the personal touch. The guide made an effort to engage with everyone in the group and was very approachable for questions. We also had some free time to wander around on our own, which was a great balance between structured sightseeing and self-exploration.
Get some solid clothing if it’s winter , try to book skiing lessons if Available. He helped us to book it .
It was a wonderful trip to Shimbulak and the guide was so helpful in all the ways. My kids had never done skiing, there we have the opportunity to learn with proper instructors. Kids confidently did skiing within 10 minutes which is really appreciable.
Our guide Nursultan was super nice and delivered the tour as advertised. We had a great time talking everything about Kazakhstan. View on Shymbulak is great.
