This tour was fantastic! We saw so much of the Outback - from scenic overlooks, beautiful waterholes, and historic sights. We were able to swim several times which was really nice considering how hot it was. Our guide, Mahesh, was excellent and knowledgeable. He was funny and entertaining. He cooked up an excellent lunch for us. The tour was well worth it!

If staying in Alice Springs seeing the West MacDonnell Ranges is a wonderful way trip and allows you to see the outback in a special way. Mahesh is a lovely tour guide, knowledgeable, and made us a very delicious lunch. Just as a heads up, the tour van is poorly ventilated and is extremely hot. It seemed like Mahesh had not run the tour in warmer months yet and miscalculated how much water would be needed to sustain a hot day like we had. I provided this feedback to him so presumably this will not be an issue going forward. Definitely bring your own cold water. The two swimming holes we stopped at were beautiful and helped cool down. Overall a fun tour and fun way to see the Outback when in Alice.
