Pick up from the reception of your hotel at the selected time on the booking.

What an amazing camel trip. We were at ease the whole excursion. They went above and beyond for us. I was slightly uncertain riding a camel for the first time and I needed have been worried. This was enjoyable from start to finish, after a nice ride on the camels along the river, where we got see flamingos, our trip was concluded with tea and biscuits. Everyone was so friendly and put us at ease. 10/10 recommend. We have wonderful memories to treasure a lifetime. Thankyou.

We had a great time on the camel ride in Agadir, and the overall experience was wonderful. The ride itself was a unique and enjoyable experience, especially if you’ve never been on a camel before. The camels were well-chosen for us, and the journey was peaceful, offering some fantastic views. The addition of a meal to wrap up the day is definitely a nice touch, and the price for the whole experience is a great deal.
However, there were a few timing issues that impacted the overall experience. The driver messaged us earlier in the day to confirm a 4:30 PM pick-up, but they arrived around 4:50 PM, which wasn’t a huge issue. The bigger problem came when we arrived at the site. The booking stated the ride was a "sunset" ride, but the actual sunset wouldn't happen until around 7:45 PM, long after the ride was finished. By the time the ride ended, we had some mint tea in a hut, had the option to purchase photos, and were then taken to the dinner location—only to arrive after the sunset had already passed. I think the company could improve by either starting the ride later to better align with the sunset or by not advertising it as a "sunset ride."
There also seemed to be a bit of a mix-up with the meal inclusion. The staff weren’t informed that our meal was included, so if I hadn’t spoken up, we would’ve been taken straight back to the hotel. Once that was sorted, though, the food was delicious. We even had a cute little cat try to steal our food, which added a bit of charm without being overbearing.
Overall, while there were a few hiccups with timing and communication, the camel ride itself was fantastic, and the price for the experience, including the meal, made it all worth it. I’d still recommend this experience for anyone visiting Agadir, but I’d advise the company to reconsider the timing and communication to make the experience even better.

The guides were very friendly, but the camels had sharp ropes through their mouths, many wore muzzles, and some had foaming mouths. We found it really sad for the animals. And we would never again take a camelride because of this.

Not the most scenic of routes. Began on what could be described as derelict wasteland, then trekked ages through a kind of forest. Was surprised at the amount of rubbish/litter/plastic bottles on the ground. We ended up on a path next to a river. The smell wasn’t great. Very little interaction with the camel guides, the camels were tied in a long line one behind the other. The camel behind me had obviously had enough and kept biting the rear end of the camel that I was on which kept making him twist to get away which was a little scary at times. At least that’s ticked off the list now - one not to be repeated. I think a better venue/more scenic route would have helped. Good customer service though from Viator reps who helped with confirming pick up times etc.

I honestly want to give this a poor rating. But the camel ride itself was not bad. There wasn’t much scenery until we got near a lake but again the ride was nice and smooth.
However, upon returning it was so chaotic and my mood greatly changed due to the treatment I got from my driver and another guy who was inside of the building. First, I asked to use the bathroom the nice guy who got me off my camel told me where it was and when he let my driver know the driver yelled and instantly got an attitude because I had to use the bathroom.
Second, most people had to use the bathroom so it was hectic there was no toilet paper so people were scrambling which is understandable but again with the yelling from the driver who literally kept saying “are you leaving or are you not” literally at the top of his lungs.
Third, we were under the impression tea was included in the tour. In fact we booked with two other friends who got to enjoy tea afterwards and while I was trying to figure out what was going on there are now two guys yelling me telling me to leave and not even giving me a chance to ask why are we not getting tea. Now my friends who got to enjoy the tea were not the same skin color as me and even as they were talking to me I’m the only person that was yelled at. Nobody else was getting yelled at but me and it was really really frustrating.
I’m not sure if the driver had something else to do because when we got in there was a lady and several kids but either way that is no excuse to yell and be rude and cheat us out of our tea which we were looking forward too.
Honestly the return alone made the experience a 0/10.

Booked the sunset camel ride in Agadir, the pick up wasn’t on time had to wait 30 more mins as the roads were blocked due to some festival going on and in that case the shuttle bus bus didn’t pick me up instead they organized a taxi to bring us to the place which was okay. The ride itself was amazing they offer to take so many pictures aswell which is very good. After the ride the shuttle bus was waiting for us so I’ve got on it and thought everything gonna be okay but when he was dropping people off to their hotels he then stopped and told me to get a taxi to my hotel but gave me money for the taxi aswell wich was a nice thing.overall it was a good experience but could be organized bit better regarding transport.

It's decent. Make sure you put your sunscreen on! Out for too long and got roasted by the sun. A tad too long but an ok experience nevertheless. More for adults than children

The camels were very chill. A comfy ride on well padded saddles, the guys were lovely offering to take plenty of pics and videos.. we had the barbecue after which was in a lovely building, colourful room all laid out. Water, fresh bread, tagine full of melt in the mouth veg, chicken,then skewers of meat were served and a lovely mam telling you some history of Agadir.. we were picked up and dropped back to the hotel.. I would highly recommend

The pick-up was punctual. Everything was well-organized - the camels were ready for us, and the ride was long enough. The final destination was a lake with flamingos, and our guide Mohamed, provided information about some of the famous buildings we passed along the way. Mohamed was a delightful and friendly person. Overall, it was a great experience.

There was no explanation, and the whole thing felt very rushed. We did not see a sunset because the trip was only an hour long. We could’ve paid half the price for the trip by walking out onto the local beach ourselves. A pleasant guide and cute camels, but you can tell the people who run the stables and who post this listing are in it just for the money and not for offering a good experience.

The whole experience was just amazing. The guide was very patient with us as we were a bit anxious to get on the camel as it was our first time but they were very helpful and patient. It was a memorable experience for sure. It was a very relaxing camel ride with the beautiful sunset. Overall we were very pleased with our experience!
