I paid 18 euros or 180 Dirhams in advance for a taxi driver to meet me after midnight on Monday, March 14th - The taxi driver never showed!
I briefly spoke to the taxi driver by phone, whereby he insisted that I had the wrong day and time (despite my email displaying the correct day, date and time)
An onlooker and a man working for taxis at the airport overheard my conversation with this dishonest taxi driver. He told me that this man does this many times to tourists! Takes the money via Viator and does not show up! He also gave me a fake name. He stated his name was Rachid, another man told me, he was in fact Mohommad.
Whoever he was, he told me that my money would be refunded. I waited 5 working days and I received nothing from him. I then contacted him via WhatsApp. He told me that he would leave my refund at the reception. He DID NOT! He "forgot"
Eventually, I reported him to the Police and he finally, after 1 week, returned my money to the hotel reception after hearing the police were involved.
This man should not be employed as a taxi driver! Ripping people off, taking money, not showing up, leaving a solo traveller stranded after paying in advance weeks before my arrival date.
He is a dishonest, dispicable man who made the beginning of my trip a nightmare. I also had to pay an additional 220 dirham to another taxi driver the same night to finally take me to my hotel.
Also, when he finally "remembered" to return the refund to my hotel, he messaged me stating that I did not give him a "tip" - a tip! To the man that I never met to take me from Agadir Airport to my hotel... 😂
I star as no option for zero stars.

Waited a bit too long to wait for 1 more passenger and had a bit of a struggle to find the driver because was waiting in the parking instead of being there with a sign so I had someone local from another stand call him for me but then made it to find him and get to my hotel

First you booked shared transfer so you know that if there is athers peaple we must waiting them. And normly you booked wrong time you select 6:20pm and you landed at 7:45pm even if we waiting you and we sent you texto via Whatsapp that we waiting You front of arrival termine with your name sgin ( wifi free in airport ) .

Der Transfer war zu spät da, es war schwer die richtige Person zu treffen und den Transfer zu finden und ich war im Auto mit 15 weiteren Leuten die zuerst zu ihren Hotels gefahren wurden. Der Transfer hat über 1h gebracht. Ich habe keine Antwort auf meine Belange bekommen. Nicht nochmal!

Er was na de landing geen taxi aanwezig hier is iemand op de luchthaven voor gaan bellen hebben 30 minuten staan wachten.
Tijdens het ophalen voor de terug vlugt een te kleine auto chauffeur geeft aan 5 personen terwijl we voor 6 gereserveerd hadden hebben bijelkaar op de schoot gezeten en vervolgen hebben we met veel pijn en moeite de koffers kunnen laden gelukkig alles heeft veel stres opgeleverd bij de reizigers.
