Port in agadir cancelled stop due to horrible weather. It was announced by captain of ship the day before

Even though port authorities closed port.and Ship could not dock viator is not refunding my money. Not possible to take your tour from ship that was not able to dock. I contacted viator immediately customer service and I request for refund was denied. Port was CLOSED. I will write to trip advisor and will somehow let authorities know. No customer service at all. Impossible to be met at ship that due to weather was not able to dock. This company should go out of business. If stealing money from tourists is you way of doing business. Do not use viator.

First of all,our business is to provide an unforgettable experience in Morocco and not stealing anyone. Viator has its rules of cancelation and must be respected. I know your frustration regarding the Cancelation of the Ship to dock in port.but it's not in our hands... You've asked the refund to viator and VIATOR has denied it.the reason cause it there was less than 24 hours tonthe experience and all was set and arranged. As the tour was in Agadir,the transportation was paid 1 week before the day of the tour and the guide as well was paid 1 week before the day of the tour. So isn't the company fault neither. You're in the demain of Tourism and you know the rules of the platforms and you should understood the situation. And as the manager of the company I'm always available for you to help you with your problem of the refund even Viator denied the refund. Youbhave my personal contact amd you could just ask me directly the refund and I could helpnyou with it,because I knew your situation and I would do all my best to keep you happy,even having in mind that I'll pay it from my pocket. Cause I was in touch with you and was trying have a future business with you. But you didn't.youve asked viator directly without telling me or informing me about anything. Amd on the day of the tour the guide and the driver they were at the port at the time mentioned waiting for you (cause I never heard from you that you'll not arrive to the port).
