Amazing City Tour

Amazing tour guide and driver (Houssain). So many different places we were taken, also Hatim was telling us all about where we were and what was around us. Showed us so many new things! Thank you Houssain and Hatim. Highly recommend!

Quick flying visit. - Could do better.

The car was 20 mins late picking us up. We had a very quick drive through of the Mariana - would have been nice to be able to stop for a picture. Hardly what I call a visit to the marina. We then drove up to the hill to the fort. What the guide did not warn us about is the mens with the snakes and goats who sudden give you the animal and grab your phone to take pictures, - they then demand money from you for the pictures 300 dirham each. It left a bitter taste in our mouths. We then went to see the outside of a mosque - we wanted to see inside but were told we could not. It was then on to the Souk market and we were only given 45 mins to walk round - which is not a lot. We were then driven around past the football stadium which was well out of the way and nothing special as we could not get close to that either. We did then stop at another mosque - the largest in Agadir that had just been finished being built. - was worth the stop to look at the outside. During the trip the Guide - ( Marina I think she said her name was ) spent more time talking to the driver than talking to the guests. Not up to the usual Viator standard.

Get what pay for - but don’t expect to visit the guide mate’s shop !

Cheap tour so you get what you pay for but not up to usual Viator standards. Picked up by a nice driver and then went to another location to collect the guide and two other guests. Had to wait for over 20 mins for the other Italian guests - driver wasn’t happy -guide didn’t seem to care. Quick spin round the city - guide spent more time talking in Italian than English -despite us booking for an English speaking tour and the fact 3/5 travellers were English speaking.. went to the Kasbah - castle on top of the hill overlooking Agadir - great views of city and coastline. Then went to the mosque to see from outside - nothing really compared to Marakesh or Casablanca and then to an argon oil factory - effectively a shop albeit interesting. The guide then said we were going to the Berber market …. This was a shop selling tourist rubbish clearly owned by his friend! When the five of us came out quickly the guide then indignantly said ‘we can take you back to the your hotels if you don’t want to go to the market’ - but we all did ! He was clearly miffed no one bought anything at his friends shop and didn’t get commission ! Market worth a visit but pretty much similar to many markets and not as unique as marrakech souks. You get what you pay for - However may have been cheaper to get a taxi up the kasba and to the s note you cannot go in the Masbate as it’s under going renovation but views worth a visit. Can do it by cable car too!!

Thank you for your feedback, i only want to clear things for people that would read your feedback. First of all this tour is a group tour, multi-langue tour, means there will be more people with you in the van from different nationalities and languages, and it would lake time to pick all the travelers from different hotels. if you sir wish to be the main customer in the van, you could of booked privet tour for 30 euro per person and then the guide would speak only English and only to you. Second: as explained in the description we provide Argan oil factory or informations and sells as well, so nothing hidden or tried to set you up to buy from our friends as you mentioned. The souk is closed in Mondays means the kasbah Market is A different Market to the souk, the Kasbah Market is Handy Craft Market Not like the souk where they sell only. once again thank you for your feedback and hope to see you once again.

Excursion très bien organisée avec un guide très agréable Horaires bien respectés. Le guide nous a laissés 1/2 heure de plus dans le souk.

La visita a la antigua muralla con las vistas de la ciudad.Se obtiene una vista imperdible de la costa y el puerto. Por lo demás muy acotado ,nos llevaron a fábrica de Argán para que compramos y al zoco igual,sin opciones de compra ... Nos cobraron todo mucho más caro ,no lo recomiendob

thank you for your feedback, the city tour is a 3 hours tour to visit the kasbah at the foot hill then then grand mosque of agadir then the argan oil fabrica and souk market for free time to visit only not for shopping. we are sorry that you didn't like the tour but if you understood whats written in the description you wont be disappointed.
