    The class is in the hotel kitchen with their head chef. You go to the hotel reception, they take you to the dining room, and the class starts with an intro to the hotel, area, and the food you’ll be making. You pound, season, and bread the schnitzel ani put it in the frying pan, but the rest of the schnitzel prep and potato salad making is done by the chef. Still, great information and practice, enough to be confident making both dishes at home!
