Fantastic tour. Unparalleled guide.
Our guide, Katarina, was incredible. She was a passionate, effective communicator with a level of knowledge and understanding of historical context that is unmatched in any walking tour we have done! I have a much better understanding of this area of the world and how the effects of historical events continue to play out in the lives of the people today. I am thrilled we had her as a guide. This tour was a fantastic starting point for our time in Croatia.

Beautiful experience
It’s a lot of walking over uneven trails and boardwalks but the pace is manageable.
It’s well worth it because you get to see so much beauty. Our guide was superb and he provided a tremendous amount of information. Rastoke was a real unexpected bonus.

We did not want to spend...
We did not want to spend too much time in Slovania, and have decided to take a day tour from Zagreb to Ljubljana, the capital of Slonania, and lake Bled. It turned out that Ljubljana was such a charming and cozy city that we regretted not having spending more time in the city. Compared to Zagreb, Ljubljana is a better place to stay and enjoy the "city of love' , nicknamed by the locals. Lake Bled is also very beautiful, that we are thinking about coming back in the future. Definitely. We would recommend anyone to take a day tour to Slovania from Zagreb

Stefan was a great guide...
Stefan was a great guide and driver. Took us through the best route for the upper and lower lakes in Plitvice National Park. We avoided the very long queue for one of the ferries and got back in good time to Zagreb. The lakes and waterfalls are all very beautiful and not to be missed.

Great Tour of Plitvice
Our full-day small group tour to Plitvice Lakes from Zagreb with Pathfinder Tours was one of the highlights of our entire trip! There were only eight of us in the group, which made the experience feel personal and relaxed. The hotel pickup and drop-off were also incredibly convenient.
Our guide, Saša, was fantastic. He was extremely knowledgeable about the history and area, but he also had a great sense of humor, which made the day even more enjoyable. He knew how to navigate around the crowds and took us to both the Upper and Lower Lakes, making sure we got to see the best of the park without feeling rushed or overwhelmed.
Saša We learned so much and had a wonderful time doing it.
If you're visiting Zagreb and considering a Plitvice Lakes tour, I would definitely recommend Pathfinder Tours. This was truly a highlight of our trip!

Informative and friendly
Our guide, Marko, gave us a great historical and cultural background of the country of Croatia and the city of Zagreb. Would recommend this tour to anyone visiting the city because it really helped us understand the layout of the city, and the reasoning behind it all. It was a great way to get aquainted. Marko also gave us recommendations for some traditional restaurants, which were delicious!
I would highly recommend this tour.

Excellent food, Excellent service
Lukas was a wonderful tour guide! He was very knowledgable and took the time to connect with each of our group members. He took us to 4 stops where we had lots of food and drinks, all traditional, made by Croatians, and all delicious. These kinds of walking food tours are a great way to learn about the culture and connect with locals, so I would highly recommend. Hvala Lukas, vidimo se sljedeći put ;)

Small group Plitvice lakes tour
Rose was an excellent driver and guide. She was so full of information about Plitvice lakes and Croatia in general. She was open to all our questions. She went out of her way to find special views and exciting natural elements. It was a truly beautiful day. Would definitely recommend the small group tour as it allowed us to move around quickly and customize it for everyone.

Beautiful Day Trip in Slovenia!
This experience was 10/10. The pace and content were exactly what we had hoped for. From the moment we were picked up at our hotel (exactly on time, which was very much appreciated), Mario took excellent care of our group. In Ljubljana, he showed us the best place to take in city views, provided history of the main landmarks, and gave plenty of time to explore on our own. At Bled, we joined another Toural group and immediately hopped onto a pletna boat to the island, which was absolutely beautiful. The views from Bled Castle were absolutely breathtaking, and we were given ample time to see everything we wanted! The weather was sunny and warm, and we enjoyed the day to the fullest!

This tour was a delicious...
This tour was a delicious experience, while being educational as well. Our tour guide, Damjen, was entertaining, knowledgeable, and adaptable. I have several allergies and my husband doesn’t drink, but I was still able to eat at each stop and my husband had a non alcoholic drink to try. Very fun tour—highly recommend.
