Cute ride

Rebecca_D, Oct 2026

Fantastic experience with an amazing young man who gave us all the explanations and helped with any questions we had! Great tour

Response from Host, Oct 2026

Thank you so much for your kind words! We're delighted to hear that you enjoyed the tour and found the explanations helpful. It's wonderful to know that you felt well taken care of throughout the experience. We hope to welcome you again in Vienna!

Good guide but disorganised and mis-sold

Lydia_A, Sept 2026

Unfortunately this was very badly organised - while the guide was great and turned up on time, he had not been informed about what we had booked and didn’t even know how long our tour was going to be. He asked us to let him know what we had booked. We also paid a higher price point than other tours as it included prosecco. There was no offer of prosecco. We enjoyed the tour but did not receive what we were sold which was really disappointing.

Response from Host, Oct 2026

Thank you for your feedback. From what we understand, your tour was booked at very short notice, and our team did everything possible to ensure that the experience could still take place as planned. We’re glad to hear that you enjoyed the tour and appreciated your guide. We’re sorry for the confusion regarding the booking details and the Prosecco. Despite the last-minute arrangements, we always strive to provide the best possible experience for our guests, and we appreciate your understanding.

The tour was very...

Maryam_S, Jul 2026

The tour was very straightforward to book and clear instructions for smooth sailing. Our driver was Aymane (hopefully spelling it right) who was a masters student at Vienna University (I think). It was a wonderful experience getting to see old town with a well learned and friendly person. The teip was worth the money and guaranteed comfort and privacy as its a group based activity. If you are a family of 3-4 upto 7, this is a must do in vienna. You get a flying tour of major attractions and can mark which ones to revisit in detail.
