Hi, there was a lot of Ottoman soldiers or men that show was fine but the others with the blade show was very unnecessary especially putting a cardboard on top of a woman’s tummy and throwing knives was pretty scary and was not needed. They should’ve had more DJ top 40 hip-hop that would be very entertaining. I didn’t think it was entertaining and the food was not great so I would not read this show to be good because there are other evening cruises in Istanbul with a much better quality and much better entertainment.
Hotel pickup was easy. Show is fun. Take time to go up to the upper deck - good pictures of Istanbul at night.
We had a wonderful time. The dancing was magical and the atmosphere was partying!! So we recomend for a good night out
This was a very nice cruise trip , well organized and full entertainment package , highly recommended.

We arrived at the scheduled pickup location inside the hotel lobby. After waiting 40 minutes a young man approached and asked many questions on his phone was our names, he stated that he didn’t know our tour operator and couldn’t take us. I asked his name and who he worked for twice I asked and twice he refused to answer. Eventually he called someone and said okay let’s go. Sadly this affected the entire evening. He was extremely unfriendly not once did he smile.
The seating on the boat was full where we were supposed to be seating we were told because we were late arriving. Because this young man allowed a group of 50 other guests to jump in front of our small this made us later and we remained standing, increasing our discomfort and frustration with the evening.
Our seats were very squeezed up together making turning towards the show uncomfortable.
The meal was poor quality, the staff were fantastic in the way they completed their job, accolades to them.
If you enjoy extremely loud music with speakers hardly able to handle the high distorted volume you will enjoy this cruise.
The dancers did a fantastic job as well as the various musicians.
I could add more but sadly the evening was spoiled right from the beginning

The bhosporus cruise was spectacular. Mamed was our driver for this tour. He pickup up as promised from our hotel. He was friendly, courteous and explained everything before during and after the cruise. He kept up with all the guest to ensure everyone was accounted for. I would use his services and recommend to others.

Arrive early as there’s crowd for the different boats. Every was nice from the food to the entertainment.

It's the most lackluster, okay your experience. The best thing is the performers. The whole experience was chaotic and disorganized. The pick up was on time, but getting everyone on the boat and seated was a stressful mess. The process delayed everything that we didn't get underway until after 9pm.
I was traveling alone, and was seated by myself, went outside to come back and find someone now at my table. And she took over the table, pushing her plates and glasses onto my side that I physically couldn't use the table.
My waiter was inconvenienced to refill my water glass, and shocked that I had the audacity to ask for a second soft drink. He was most concerned about taking care of women who didn't have a wedding ring on. And despite placing the horrible woman at my table, he couldn't care less, and flung my dinner plate down in front of me.
The food....eat before hand it's a disgusting representation of what Turkish food is. They show you photos of meal options and the food doesn't match the photos. The food was the worst part (and there was a lot of low moments) of the cruise.

On the Bosphorus Dinner Cruise, I experienced an incident that was not only unprofessional but outright dangerous. During the show, a saxophone player deliberately placed his instrument directly into my ear and blew with full force, apparently because I was momentarily checking my phone.
This reckless act left me with hearing loss, headaches, nausea, and vomiting. When I reported this to tour guides, they offered no assistance and showed no concern for my medical wellbeing.
The tour began an hour and half late yet finished on time so only 50% of the tour actually occurred,

They always made sure we were kept informed and updated. Communicated on WhatsApp before collection from hotel. The views were spectacular make sure you take lots of pictures and videos. Entertainment was great, food was a bit boring, but we expected this and ate before the Cruise.

I boarded boat & got seated & never seen too since for past 24min. Noticed everybody else being brought in get drinks order, starters+photo within a few mins, even seats with no one on it have starters(got photo). ask to be helped & get yes sir. 32min in Got introduction+empty table food+drink. Did NOT enjoy.
Sat under the stair and staff are talking and doing business with the pos(card) machine right next to me on my left.
Bread cold and starter not so tasteful
Haven’t had another refill drink going 57mins and got the wrong order.
1hour & 10mins in got my photo taken, photographer knows what his doing and was good when got to me.
Also my table gets used to put glasses on. (Got photos)

Unfortunately, on that evening there was unusually heavy traffic and a very busy boarding process, which caused delays and confusion for some of our service staff. However, this is not an excuse, and we completely understand your disappointment after waiting so long without proper attention while other tables were being served.

The boat itself (Amor) was very nice. The views of the Bosphorus were spectacular despite the rain. The entertainment was good. The dinner was lackluster. The dessert, abysmal. With so much great food and world class desserts in Istanbul, we were really disappointed with the meal. I had the fish, my wife had the chicken.

The food was absolutely terrible, and my drink didn’t arrive until nearly two minutes before the cruise ended, and a whole 20 minutes after they already picked up the dirty plates. —despite the fact that all I ordered was a Diet Coke.
The staff seemed far more focused on selling photos than on providing basic service, such as serving an edible dinner or ensuring guests received their requested beverages in a timely manner.
This experience was extremely disappointing and completely unexpected. I never imagined I would have such poor service.

The organiser of the dinner cruise is not reliable as he failed to send the agreed transport to pick us and drop us where the cruise boat is boarding. As we are in Istabul for the first time and pick up appointment was shortly before departure, we missed the dinner cruise. Therefore we have no idea about the dinner arrangements.

Our transfer company and guide informed us that they arrived at the pickup location but were unable to find you there. It seems there was a misunderstanding during the pickup process. Nonetheless, to make sure you were not negatively affected, a full refund has already been processed for your booking.
Additionally, as a gesture of goodwill, we would be happy to offer you the opportunity to join the same cruise again with a 50% discount. We would love to welcome you on board and ensure you have a wonderful evening on the Bosphorus.

We arrived, as instructed, at 7.45 for the 8.00pm departure but appeared to be the first guests there. Others turned up later (presumably by hotel transfers) and we eventually got underway at 8:50pm. There was confusion because we had chosen the option with unlimited soft drinks but our voucher indicated we were entitled to two glasses of wine with our meal - which was wrong. The food was adequate, the service friendly, the on-board show good and the whole evening enjoyable. The photographer in attendance took lots of photos but the resulting album was too expensive, even after multiple reductions which took the price down from 140 to 50 Euros!

We would like to clarify an important point: the photographer on board is not part of our company. It is an independent service, and unfortunately, we do not control their pricing. However, we will definitely forward your feedback to their management.
Regarding the timing of the cruise:
— Boarding for guests starts at 20:00,
— The official departure time of the boat is 21:00, after all transfer and individual guests arrive at the pier.
Sometimes transfer groups may arrive later due to Istanbul traffic, which can slightly delay the seating process. Still, we always do our best to start the program as close to schedule as possible.

Transport to boat was very late, seating was elbow to elbow, music was very loud and food was so-so.

The tour driver arrived around time to pick us up at the hotel. The diner tasted good but, it was not warm enough. The show was very entertaining. At the end, it was raining and we were looking for the mini-bus outside while fortunately the tour guide contacted us and we were able to meet him and get the transportation back to our hotel. We appreciate his concern.
