Capilano is a must do. We spent about 3 hours there and totally enjoyed the visit- we enjoyed communing with nature, listening to the talks provided by the local staff, crossing the bridge, and just simply breathing the clean air. Free shuttle was much appreciated.

Exilerating
Exilerating, beautiful. Air so crisp and clean. The main bridge was a little challenging at first but fun. An awesome experience!

Our guide, Rodrigo, adjusted the itinerary according to the weather forecast which we appreciated. We've learned a lot about the history of Vancouver. It's worth mentioning, too, that the bus was clean and comfortable (with seniors as what the group is mostly composed of).

A couple testing the bridge at the Capilano Suspension Bridge Park, Vancouver.
  • The bridge's thick steel cables are securely attached to huge concrete blocks on either side of the canyon; there's no need to be afraid.

  • While strollers and wheelchairs are not allowed on the bridge, visitors with wheelchairs receive free entrance to the park and can take part in other activities.

  • Dogs are permitted in the park, as long as they stay on their leash.

  • There's an on-site gift shop for all your souvenir needs.
