Wow
Big shoutout to Tim and Daniel for making the day such an amazing experience! We were in a small tour group, it was my first time riding a horse and Tim was patient with me. The asado was delicious with red wine and Alfajores too. Couldn’t rate this tour highly enough.

Sunny day out
We had a wonderful day out with Pablo. Luckily the sun came out the day we went. Due to recent snow in the mountains, we were unable to do the one hour hike.
The area is gorgeous. Especially on a sunny day. We stopped for an asado lunch. The service was nice but I really didn’t care for the meal. The meat was on the well done side. I did like the flan with Dulce de leche.
I would recommend this tour company though.

This was the highlight of...
This was the highlight of our entire trip. Stella and her family/friends are top-notch: the friendliest, kindest people we felt so lucky to meet and support their family-owned, ethical operation. The scenery was incredible and we ate the best asado of our entire trip. Can't recommend this more, I hope we get to come back!

Wine drinking with friends
Firstly, this isn’t wine tasting, it’s wine drinking! No one is allowed an empty glass so pace yourself! Andre was a great tour guide - very knowledgeable about the area, and the wines, and it felt like we were visiting his friends. The wine was great and plentiful, as was the food. The boat tour was a nice extra (and done early so it was pleasant on the river).

Truly a unique experience...
Truly a unique experience riding in the foothills of the Andes! José picked us up from our airbnb in the Uco Valley and drove us to his ranch. We were greeted by a few of his horses and fed them apples. While Jose got the horses ready, my friend and I sat under a beautiful tree by the river. Later José would cook us a delicious Asado and we would eat under that tree. We had a very sunny day and got to experience the Zonda wind on our ride. The views were stunning, the horses were calm and easy to ride. If you are looking for an experience that is truly authentic and not at all touristy, I would recommend!

Come for the horses, stay for the Asado
We had such a wonderful time with César and his people. Everyone was so welcoming. We did a 90 minute ride which wasn’t too much for the non-horse people in the group. The dinner with Asado afterwards was probably some of the best food I had in Argentina, and it kept coming! I would highly recommend this experience for anyone coming to Mendoza.

This was a fantastic...
This was a fantastic horse-riding experience, even for a complete beginner. Our guide, Lenny, gave clear instructions on how to handle the horses, though they are so well-trained they practically know the route by heart. Any initial nervousness I had quickly vanished, and I felt completely safe throughout. The included meal was delicious and very filling, though it’s more of a hearty, rustic spread than a gourmet experience.

Amazing!
Highly recommend! The trek along the mountains was gentle and beautiful. I had never ridden a horse before but they were great and kind teachers and I felt comfortable on the horse. The horses were calm and the ride was very peaceful. The dinner and then singing around the campfire at night was a great touch and felt very special.
