Cajón de Arenales offers a very different side of Mendoza’s Andes: a high-altitude landscape dominated by massive granite walls, far from the better-known sightseeing routes. We keep groups small, allowing the hiking pace to be adjusted to the participants while the guide manages the route according to the conditions in the mountains. The experience can also start directly from the Uco Valley, making it a great option if you are staying among the wineries and want to spend a full day exploring the mountains without traveling into Mendoza city first. It’s an opportunity to discover one of the Uco Valley’s most distinctive mountain areas on foot, with the logistics organized from pickup to return.
