Excellent introduction to Kathmandu. The food was genuinely lovely and the added commentary provided by Deepak around its origins was appreciated. We really appreciated the fact that Deepak was in communication with us via WhatsApp early after booking, very responsive and was able to specifically cater for my vegetarian daughter. This tour was a really great way to see all of the highlights of Kathmandu in one day. I thought the tour was well organized and not overwhelming in terms of information, but when I look back we did SO much. It can be sometimes ~20 minutes in the car between sites which I think helped it feel less overwhelming. My guide was Razz who was great at giving the highlights and answering any questions that I had. I appreciated how he let me take my time in some places and was receptive when I was moving quicker through other places. Overall, I really enjoyed the tour!

I had a very pleasant day...

I had a very pleasant day trip. It was well organized and even though I booked a group tour the operator was kind enough to let me have a private tour for the same price instead when it turned out that there were no other participants. My guide (Purshottam) and driver (Ramiz) were both very professional and made me feel safe throughout the whole trip. Although the weather for the sunrise itself wasn't perfect I would say that the whole trip including the walk and visit to some temples was well worth it!

Wonderful view of Everest

Our tour guide picked us from hotel and initially I was disappointed we are on Yeti Air’s propeller plane - for the price I am paying I was expecting Buddha Air or Shree. However all was good and sky was clear. Those sitting on the left has longer view of mountain range until the plane makes a turn then those on right side will have glimpse of Everest immediately. Overall wonderful experience !

Highly recommend!

I can’t recommend them enough! Bhuddi met before my trip to go over all the details and answer questions,. He kept me informed about my early morning hotel pickup by text. They arranged to let me get off in Lukla after the tour so I could stay a couple days. Then they took care of getting me on a shared helicopter ride from Lukla back to Katmandu and to my surprise he made sure I got from the airport to my hotel which I was not expecting. Highly recommend!

A Wonderful Window into Nepal

After having traveled to over 70 countries and taken my fair share of tours, our guide on this tour, Bidhya, was quite possibly the best tour guide I've ever had. We started our morning with a pick up at our hotel where Bidhya was waiting and drove out to Nagarkot for a short hike through the hills halfway across the suspension bridge and up to the lookout point for the Himalayas. The drive to get there was about an hour and a half in a comfortable, air conditioned car, where Bidhya gave us a very detailed explanation of the Kathmandu Valley and its history and traditions. After Nagarkot, we headed to Bhaktapur where we walked among the squares and temples, and the local streets, for a good two hours. This was a fantastic look into a fascinating world. All throughout, Bidhya explained the importance and use of the squares along with a background as to how Hinduism and Bhuddism are practiced in Nepal. After a good 6 hours, we returned to our hotel, extremely satisfied with our experience. A huge shoutout to Breakfree Adventures for putting this trip together and all the kudos in the world for the best guide in Kathmandu, Bidhya. Kudos as well to our great driver Lok who managed those Kathmandu Valley streets to perfection. A wonderful and highly recommended experience!!!

Got a very deep and intense insight to the history of Pashupatinath Temple and surroundings. The cremation ceremonies were awesome and the Ararat ceremony was stunning. My guide provided me with a deep inside to all features and did answer all my questions to enlarge my knowledge of Hinduism. Can only recommend it!

Amazing! Amazing! Amazing!

This flight was amazing. Definitely a recommended trip whilst in Kathmandu. Driver was amazing and helped us through to get our tickets. My little one was car sick and he grabbed her a water and waited for us to sort her before taking us through. Communication beforehand was exceptional. This company looked after us so well whilst in Nepal even saving the day on our first day when our first tour company didnt turn up.
