What are people saying about Inverness

Great Fun, Great Driver/Tour Guide
It is very comprehensive. The driver was great, funny and very informative about everything we were doing. He was happy we were enjoying ourselves. Very friendly and accommodating. The tour took us to the castle (interesting) and then to Skye, where the scenery is breathtaking. He made sure we were all taken care of and given ample time to do things. One of the best tours I have ever been on!

An excellent day in the Highlands
Great day out to Skye and Eilean Donan. Our guide, Jason (Midge Jagger), was funny and full of good stories, and he kept a long day on the road easy and enjoyable. Well chosen photo stops and stunning Highland scenery, with lochs and waterfalls everywhere. The Old Man of Storr was mostly in mist for us, but still a lovely spot. Highly recommend!

Fantastic
Our tour of Loch Ness was absolutely fantastic, thanks in large part to our tour guide Keane. His knowledge of the Loch's natural and human history, combined with an extraordinary gift for storytelling, made this trip truly memorable. We loved every minute. Do not miss it.

An experience of a lifetime!
Highly recommend this tour to anyone of any age! Seeing the Fairy Pools was one of the big things I was looking forward to for my Scotland trip, and this made getting there fun and easy! The photo stops along the way, plus the visit to Portree were such a great time. There is also a good level of independence during the tour, once you are bought to an area, you're allowed to explore on your own and do what you want to do. I'd also like to give a huge shout out to our driver and tour guide, Cullen! He had so much knowledge about history, folk tales, and science. All his knowledge, plus his curated playlist, made the time spent in the van very enjoyable. He also managed to squeeze in a few extra stops (we got very lucky and were able to get close to highland cows)!

Inverness, the biggest city in the Scottish Highlands, is an excellent base from which to explore the area. There are dozens of Inverness tours to choose from, including excursions to 1,000-year-old castles, the Isle of Skye, whisky distilleries, Outlander and Harry Potter filming locations, and a Bronze Age burial site. Just outside Inverness, you can also visit the historic Culloden battlefield as well as Loch Ness—you may not see the lake’s famous monster, but you’ll see her likeness everywhere.
