Armela - Fantastic Guide & One of the Best Tours We’ve Had!

Our tour of Prizren and Prishtina was absolutely fantastic, and Armela was an exceptional guide! The pickup was smooth and well organised, with all the necessary details communicated to us the evening before. Armela was incredibly knowledgeable about both cities, their history, culture and politics. She created a WhatsApp group for everyone, sharing recommendations on exactly what to see and do during our free time, along with coordinates for each landmark, which made exploring so much easier. Throughout the day, she was informative, engaging and happy to answer all our questions. My husband and I particularly enjoyed the political, cultural and economic discussions we had as a group. These conversations made the experience even more interesting and gave us a much deeper understanding of Kosovo and Albania. What could have been just another sightseeing trip turned into one of the best tours we’ve had! Armela’s knowledge, enthusiasm and approach really made the difference. Highly recommended, especially if you enjoy history, politics and meaningful discussions beyond the usual sightseeing!

Fun Casual Day Trip

The whole adventure was very fun! Cimi and his driver did an excellent job of picking everyone up amd dropping them off! Cimi was super charismatic and very informative and I would say also personable. In Albania, everything does run via WhatsApp so do expect to be contacted via WhatsApp by Smsrt Tours or Dream Tours (i forgot which one they are) and then to be contacted by Cimi or by anybody who replaces Cimi for that day. They will let you know where they are picking you up and when to be there to be ready. One thing to keep in mind, the tour does story once everyone is picked up so it takes like 20min bit with traffic in Tirane it can be longer HOWEVER they do give you a good amount of time to be there when you do get there. I just know that my family and I had a great time. It was super fun. They start at the footprint or base of the mountain after a few turns up into the mountain and then the climb up to the actual observation points start. Would absolutely do another tour with Cimi in any location of he his there!

He is such a gentleman, very knowledgeable, friendly, and passionate about sharing valuable information about Albania and the places we visited. Gjenc made the whole experience even more enjoyable with his kindness and attentiveness. He even offered to take photos of us, making sure we could capture some beautiful memories of the day. It was truly a fantastic experience, and I couldn’t have asked for a better guide. If I were to do this day trip again (or another day trip), I would be more than happy to have Gjenc as my tour guide once more! Brilliant day up in the mountains

I had a lovely time seeing the shrine, old bazaar and Kruja Castle. The bus is really comfortable and the guide was amazing with her knowledge and keeping us to time whilst having enough time to explore the different areas of the visit. Highly recommend as the distance wasn't that far from Tirana !

Excellence day trip to Kosovo

Our guide Xhuljano was very friendly and helpful. There was a very good balance between parts of the tour where we’re guided on a particular route vs free time when you can roam about. The tour gives visitors the perfect opportunity to visit both Prishtina and Prizrzen as well as ticking off a box of visiting a new country. I would highly recommend this tour.

Great trip

The tour guide was very friendly and helpful, he had loads of information to share with us and even taught us some Albania words and phrases. Lovely day out and would definitely recommend it. There is walking involved and one step hill you go up and down which is paved with stone so you need to be able to walk up and down this. Given plenty of time in each place to enjoy the area and look around. Will definitely be using this company again.

Sindi was a great hostess and teacher - funny and very hospitable. Wine and water were provided - as much as you wanted. Learned some valuable techniques for phyllo dough prep that I will certainly use again. Lamb dish and vegetarian options were both excellent with lots of food to take away after eating together. Great camaraderie among the participants. Highly recommend.
