Tandem JetSki Tour

We had a great time. Staff were friendly and made it fun for everyone. The only feedback i have is the time we actually spent on the JetSki, the tour says 2.5hrs but really after the safety briefings, it was only just over an hour on the water on the Skis. It would have been amazing to visit one of the nearby islands and not just speed out to sea, and then speed back in again. Overall a great experience, with breathtaking views along the way.

Fun day

That was the second best day of my life!!! ( besides my wedding day). We had so much fun with the crew and other passengers( the Ozzie ones) . Gary was the funny one 😂. Amelia and James were so down to earth and helpful as well. Great job guys!! We loved the snorkelling,. So peacefull. Then back on the boat for more party and doughies 🥳. We will make it our yearly go to when we come up . Can we have the same crew next year? 😂

An incredible scenic...

An incredible scenic flight over the Great Barrier Reef! The views from the plane were absolutely breathtaking, with stunning blue water, beautiful coral formations, and endless coastline. Seeing the reef from above gave us a completely different perspective and was truly unforgettable. The pilot and staff were friendly, professional, and made the whole experience smooth and comfortable. Everything was well organized from start to finish. Definitely one of the highlights of our trip and highly recommended!

It was such an efficient and enjoyable tour! The captain and all the crew were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the whole experience was even better than I expected. I especially loved Mandy — she was so energetic and fun, and really made the day more enjoyable for everyone. We managed to visit so many beautiful spots in just one day, which was amazing. As a weak swimmer, I was a little nervous about snorkeling at first, but the crew made me feel very safe and comfortable throughout the experience. I had such a great time with everyone and would definitely recommend this tour!

Process & Service:** The airport is quite far away, but they provide a dedicated shuttle bus for pickup and drop-off in advance, which made everything very convenient. It was a great experience...

It was a great experience especially for people who want to be in the water but like the safer option. To see coral in its natural habitat is absolutely beautiful. The host Sarah knew her information and I was very impressed about the knowledge she shared with the group. The team had a great vibe from pick up at Airlie Beach Hotel to the tour and back. I also recommend this is a great tour for children as well.

Excellent Service with a Few Suggestions

We had a great experience overall. A big thank you to Owen and Tim’s team for their excellent service. The hotel pick-up and drop-off were very well organized and made the trip easy and convenient. The only downside was that the lunch could be improved, as it was not very tasty. Also, the speedboat ride was extremely rough, and we got completely soaked by the waves. It would be great if there were an option to choose a larger boat, especially for elderly travelers or those who are prone to seasickness. Overall, we still had a wonderful day and appreciate the team’s hard work.
