    Verona

Glad I bought online rather than join the big line to pay. The views from the top floor are beautiful. Not really a lot to see inside the house. Long lines for photos on the balcony with lots of people taking many photos others just taking a couple of simple ones. The courtyard is busy but worth a visit. We paid a lot less going through Viator than buying in site.

    Touching History

It is worth going to see. Just be aware and kind that there are going to be queues. Staff are enormously helpful.

    Verona food tour

Aurora was excellent. Very knowledgeable with Roman history and the impacts on the Verona area. Wait until the end……saved the best food stop for last.

A self guided tour I Juliette’s home along with pictures on the balcony. A fun and enjoyable experience.

    Do NOT recommend

The emailed "ticket" is not accepted by the management at Juliet's balcony. We spent 30 minutes going between the entrance and exit, trying to pinpoint the "redemption point" We tried to contact the organiser, but only received a message back to say Madam the tickets have been emailed to you. We ended up buying tickets online direct, which we should have done at first as it was less than half the cost. Viator refused to refund even a portion of their exorbitant fee

definitely not worth the price of the ticket. you are better off directly purchasing through the casa gulietta website. viator is charging almost double. its completely free to enter the courtyard and do a letter to juliet. the balcony entrance and house tour / the art is nice but definitely not worth was viator is charging - which is double what it costs on the actual casa giulietta site.

    Very bad experience.... From...

Very bad experience.... To avoid absolutely...... Bought tickets for the family.... The girls could not enter Juliet's house because the children pay from full ticket from 5 years upwards.... While they in the booking it was written to report the presence of children from 0 to 17 years.... Now I hope for a partial refund of the ticket.

    Do not buy here

It was a great idea to buy tickets online, but on this site they cost twice as much and even pay babies

    Ticket chased

    Deborah_V, Apr 2026
I had to phone and wait for half an hour in front of the place where I had to enter because they wouldn't send me the ticket. And besides, they told me that a physical person would come and bring it to me after 10 minutes and eventually they emailed it to me.

    Very unhappy

Days earlier I had bought the ticket with the museums Italy website that directed me to Viator. I was discounted the ticket price for two people (I thought I had already formalized my entrance) when I go to Verona at the entrance of the house they tell me that it is not reserved. I see myself without a ticket or the possibility to buy it because they were sold out, they are the 24€ that I was discounted and I could not enter. I see in the mail that the reservation could not be made but if they collected it, I hope they will return the money but very bad management.
