Our tour guide Louise was knowledgeable about Verona & its history.
She gave us good recommendations for lunch & how to spot a great Gelato place.
We had fabulous weather. The boat ride on and around Lake Garda was amazing.
Well worth the commute time on the bus.

It was all good. Villages on the lake very busy. All shops were the same! Boat trip amazing. Great way of seeing lake Garda especially if you haven’t much time.

This was a great tour. It gave up ample time to explore the towns and a very nice boat ride across Lago Garda. Our tour guide, Lorenzo, took the time to explain everything and answer all the questions. He was wonderful. Highly recommend it.

This was a wonderful excursion. The tour guide Ilaria was friendly and engaging, and gave us lots of information about Verona and the Garda regions. It’s a short drive to Lake Garda and I loved the mix of tours and free time to explore. Great recommendations on food and drink for the beautiful towns we visited

What a fantastic day we had with our guide Anna. The day started cold and windy but ended in glorious sunshine and blue skies. Our group was small however we felt comfortable chatting with everyone as Anna’s relaxed and friendly style made us feel welcome. The history she shared was interesting and she made everyone feel included.
Sirmione was busy, interesting with lots to explore. Our boat ride on Lake Garda to Lazise was fun and we had great views from the water. At Lazise we walked along the promenade in the sun and enjoyed a Select Spritz as recommended by Anna. The sunshine made such a different to the colours in our photos as the blues of sky and water were magical.

Horrible organization, no calls no advance notice, operator was very very rude and hanged on me when I asked her name. I would never recommend anyone to deal with this tour and provide more reviews to make sure you will get all feedback .

Regarding the organization and communication, we understand your frustration. However, due to operational policies and multiple tours starting at the same time, we are not able to individually contact guests who are not present at the meeting point at the scheduled departure time. In this case, our team did try to assist you in every possible way to help you join the group and reach the other participants. Unfortunately, in order to respect the timing of the itinerary and the experience of the whole group, we were not able to wait longer.

Great day trip from Verona! Would've loved a little extra time both in Sirmiano (I took the additional Grotto visit, which while great, left me with virtually no time to loose myself in this picturesque town) and Lazise. The boat trip on the lake was a lot of fun and the ride from and to Verona comfortable and relatively short.

The tour guide-Alysha- was highly knowledgeable and had a calm, warm presence that elevated our experience of the tour. Sirmione was such a mystical place and the best part was there were less crowds compared to other tourist spots in Italy when we came. Boat ride was well executed and the view was everything we could have hoped for. I recommended this tour to any tourist who I came across and now recommending to anybody reading this. Money well spent!

It was okay, would have enjoyed a bit more history and stories as we made our way from Verona to Sirmione. The guide was pleasant, but not especially informative. The boat ride felt a bit dicey though not outright scary as that the wind was blowing. Sirmione is very touristy. There was some pretty scenes viewed from the boat, but not as lovely compared to other places I visited in Northern Italy.

Had a very nice day with a boat tour on Lake Garda, a guided tour around Sirmione and a wonderful lazy lunch and shopping time in Lazise. I was happy to explore parts of Italy I had never seen before and Beatriz was an excellent guide. The only thing about the tour that I felt could be better was having a slightly smaller group. We were about 19 people and it seemed quite busy overall. I feel like a smaller number of individuals would have made the overall experience a bit more intimate and fun.

This was a very easy going visit to the Lake Garda region with stops in Sirmione and Lazise. Anna, our guide filled us in on local on information on the bus rides to and from the sites and provided us with historical and culinary details in both locations. Lovely chilled day.

Some days are perfect, some are not and some are a mixture. Ours was a mixture. The bus was comfortable and the ride doable. For the tours the guide didn't use a microphone so we didn't have devices to hear the presentation and I don't have hearing issues. This made things very difficult. Don't get me wrong our tour guide was very personable and knowledgeable. She had to work with what she was given. This tour company should use technology for a better experience. The boat ride around Sirmione was great and so was the Sirmione tour. Both were very informative. Our ferry to Lazise was cancelled. It happens. Be aware, there is not covering over the dock while waiting for the ferry. It was uncomfortably hot. Our guide made a quick pivot and we were off to Bardolino. In Bardolino we were totally on our own for 45 minutes. No tour, no information. Bummer. Hey, things happen but more should have been done in Bardolino and tech used so we could hear the guide. That's the reason for the 3 stars.

Nice scenic beauty. Clear instructions and advice from the guide. 7.5 hours are good enough. Easy to find the gathering point. Comfortable van with good AC. Will recommend it to others.
