No one showed up at the agreed-upon location, and there has been no response even after contacting them through Viator. It's beyond the issue of the tour's evaluation; it's not worth talking about. I can't forgive myself for wasting a day of a trip. It is currently unclear if a refund will be issued. You're kidding.
