From pickup from Milan to drop off everything was perfect the driver and the tour guide where wonderful and very helpful the hole experience was spectacular.loved it .
the experience was nice, the bernina express travel was great around the alps and the tour guide named monica and the driver named alesandra looked after the group throughout the journey
Very glad we booked the panoramic Bernina Express. Fabulous way to travel and view the Alps. We were guided by Monica who gave us an informative insight into this part of Italy.
We we’re amazingly surprised and so fortunate to have such two wonderful tour guides, Ms. Monica and Ms. Kiera. They provided for the long journey with so much helpful and fun information and suggestions at the same time. We would love going on many more tours with these fine travel advisers. Also our driver Max, needs to be complimented for driving under such strenuous conditions so well.
Overall this tour was well worth it and we would rate it 200 per cent.
Thank you to all for the wonderful memorable journey.
Long time on the bus but Monica made it feel shorter and Massimo the driver did a great job through some difficult terrain.

Nice tour from Milan.. weather was pleasant and great views of Swiss valleys during the panaromic train journey. Well organised by the tour operator. Knowledgeable tour guide.
We were very lucky with the weather. Brilliant sunny day with fall colors and a fresh dusting of snow.
The meeting point was easy to get to. Carla, our tour leader was very nice and respectful. She was kind and made sure everyone was accounted for.
The train trip was spectacular but the bus to and from was also outstanding!!! We travelled different valleys each way and the scenery was truly a treat. The bus has very large windows. Our guide Monica did a great job of explaining all the highlights and gave us tips on the stops so we wouldn’t be late for our meeting spot.

Great day very well organized and very friendly guid. Needs more restrictions on the train so you dont chsnge seats without proper reasons
poor directions to meet guide, description of tour inaccurate. time in st moritz was much less than advertised and never visited church in turban as advertised. breakfast break was insufficient for amount of people. too many people on tour at least 45 some of which were picked up in lake como which cut down on other time. also tables in breakfast stop were unclean.
This was a fantastic excursion and would highly recommend. From start to finish our quite was very helpful throughout the tour.
Even though the glaciers were cloud covered. I would ride the train again in a heartbeat. The guide was knowledgeable and funn. It was a long day but very enjoyable

We had an incredible time on the trip and our tour guide Monica was absolutely amazing! The bus ride to St. Moritz was wonderfully scenic with a stop halfway for toilet and snacks (the 3 hour bus ride home does not have a stop so be aware), then we walked with Monica for a short guided tour of the city before getting onto the Bernina Express for an unforgettable journey.
From glaciers to mountain towns alongside beautiful lakes, it’s truly a spectacular view (I’d recommend sitting on the right side of the train on the journey so you’re on the side of the glacier).
I was so grateful to have Monica voiceover some of the most important sights and she was so helpful in ensuring we were able to sit together on the train. I highly recommend this tour, it was the perfect finale to our time in Milan!
Very good. A long day but so worth it. Our tour guide Haja was excellent, she was informative, great fun and so easy to understand and to be with, nothing was a problem for her. She went above and beyond her duty to make sure everyone knew where they were to be and at what time and what there was to see and do in the area. And Maximillian, our driver...so careful and safe and so good, it was a pleasure to have him in control around those hairpin bends!!!
Today my experience was not good. I booked one day back. Viator confirmed iit & give confirmation. My pickup time was 7 am. I was there at 6:45 am. After arrival I contacted with two tour guides there. They told me my name is not there list. I showed them my booking confirmation. Then they told me that their was overbooking. Then I give message to service provider they asked me to next bus at 8:15 am. I booked in panaromic carrier but i didn’t get panaromic carrier. I totally disappointed by this mismanagement.
It was a full and exciting day filled with beautiful views and wonderful stories about the history and culture. Would book again alone for the sights. Marina was a fabulous guide and navigated a group of tourists speaking three different languages.

The Bernina express was a definite highlight as well as the drive up the mountain and rhe switch backs. What skill by our driver Mr Edison. Our guide Monica was very friendly & extremely helpful & knowledgeable.

Twisty high roads then st moritz - beautiful and small , then the train was fantastic, snow capped glacier and twisty turns

The bus ride to the train is long, but beautifully scenic. Passing Lake Lecco, Lake Como, towering mountains on each side... picturesque and stunning.
Once on the train, the views only get better. It is nice to be able to move around on the train after being on a bus for a few hours.
I absolutely recommend this trip to anyone. Not for faint of heart, as some of the visas and vertical drop offs out of the bus window can give a little bit of vertigo, but if you are up for the adventure, DO IT!
Monica (spelling, sorry...) and Luis (also poor spelling, sorry) were very helpful, informative and exciting to listen to! They will do everything they can to make sure you do not get left behind (the rest is up to you).
Also, if you enjoy wine, you will have some time to shop before the final bus, and you should try to find some wine from Valtelina!
Do yourself a favor, go on this trip. A group of 2 or 4 is ideal. 100% perfect for a couple
Incredible itinerary! Tour guides were awesome. Must do panorama option on train. Train ride was comfortable with tremendous views.
The entire experience start to finish with one of the best tours I have ever taken. Our guide was most helpful, friendly and fun! The beauty of northern Italy and Switzerland absolutely space for itself.
Natural ones leaves you in awe. I highly recommend this!
