We had a blast in this cooking class! The chef Dom was inclusive, instructive, and fun and all of the food we made was delicious! The recipes were authentic and pretty straightforward so we can recreate them at home. The tour and history of Triana Market was also very interesting and provided some great ideas for souvenirs. Would absolutely recommend to any visiting Seville!

Great experience — learned a lot about many things, the culture the spices, how to cut up a whole chicken — and had a wonderful meal with lovely people. Highly recommend if you like to cook and want to eat the best paella of your life.

What a fun way to end my holiday in Sevilla. Ana and Leo were fantastic, not to mention a joy to work with! The market tour, hosted by Ana, was informative and I ended going back after class and spending a lot of money at the booths we visited. Relationships matter and it was clear that the relationship between the team at Taller and the vendors is a good one. It matters! When we got back to the studio, everything was ready for us to get working! Aprons, knives, cutting boards, all ingredients organized by dish. Leo was funny, patient, and kind while being a task-master (some of our participants wanted to chat more than chop! Hahaha!). We learned about some of his family connection to the dishes, which always warms my heart. Our menu included a gazpacho, the spinach and chickpea dish (I can never remember the official name), paella, finishing off with a yummy champagne sorbet cocktail, accompanied by wine. I had the spinach and chickpea dish during a tapas tour and didn’t like it. However, when we made it with Chef Leo, it changed my mind and is now one of my favorite dishes! Thank you Leo! Ana made a delicious Sangria. It was so good that my team drank the entire pitcher! :-) Our paella lesson was the highlight of the day and when we tasted it… OMG! SOOOOO yummy! I would HIGHLY recommend this experience. Come hungry because you will make a lot of delicious treats!

This was a lot of fun and I hate to cook. I hate it so much that I make my kids do it at home. They take after their father and really like it so it works out for all of us. Anyway, all of this so to say that despite disliking cooking so much, I had a very good time in this class. I did learn things, quite a bit actually, and the food was delicious. All of it. We had sangria before we ate the food and I filled up on it too much and got full quite fast. I would have loved to eat more but could not do it. On an aside, if you get Pedro as your chef, consider yourself quite lucky if you are a straight woman. This man is remarkably handsome and a deep voice that be quite 😍

Fun cooking class

Stacey_O, Apr 2026
It was lots of fun and obviously very interactive. Our group got along well. We had a French couple, a couple from New Zealand, a gal from the USA , a man from Iceland and my hubby and I. The class was in English and I think that was a requirement. Leo was a great teacher and Anna was a wonderful educator.

Fantastic Food Tour and Cooking Class

James_P, Mar 2026
This was our first cooking class, and it was a very rewarding experience. Our hosts were wonderful -- very friendly and informative. They took us through the Triana market and told us about the history of food in Seville. The cooking class was great. We made two dishes, both so delicious, and we drank home-made Sangria. We would highly recommend this food tour and cooking class to all who enjoy new food adventures.

Not obvious where to meet them. When we eventually found them it was a fabulous experience. We learnt so much about Spanish food & had real fun & so informative about the dishes we made

Uniquely Andalucian Activity

Richard_P, Mar 2026
Eating my way through Andalucia with my adult siblings, we couldn't have asked for a better introduction to Seville than this tour. Ana, our market guide, was a wealth of knowledge; she didn't just show us ingredients, she introduced us to the vendors and explained the nuances that make Andalusian cuisine so distinct from the rest of Spain (and what foreigners think of Spanish cuisine). The transition to the kitchen with Vitoria was seamless. She is a fantastic instructor who managed to keep two separate groups of siblings focused while teaching us the secrets behind authentic tapas and a stunning Paella. Washing it all down with homemade sangria was the perfect finale. If you want to understand the heart of Seville, start here!

Superb cooking class
