I booked Seville Cathedral and La Giralda entry ticket for two for Wed Apr 29th at two PM. After two notifies sent to Viator we still had no tickets. Upon arrival in Seville I had to call India and ask for tickets, they said they would pass on my concern, 11AM approx. received a notice at 1:47, then tickets at 2:35. In the mean time we got in line and got into Cathedral paying again. Cost 48 euros for your no show tickets, $18 for roaming charge on my phone to call India, 16 euros to get second tickets, not to mention the wasted time trying to find out where our tickets were. Very poor, unacceptable . Refund would be appreciated.

However, due to a technical issue with the cathedral’s backend system, there was an unexpected delay in delivering them to you. Once the issue was resolved, our team shared the tickets with you on priority.

We didn’t have an experience . We got a message that said we couldn’t go as there was over subscribed. I had asked for refund still waiting .

Insufficient explanation on starting point of audio start.

I wish the tour provided instructions on the starting point of the tour and better audio location following the number and explanation of the display. There were only 6 general files whose locations of the display was hard to find.
