Excellent tour, included the cathedral and the church of San Salvador. Guide was very knowledgeable, clear, and informative
Excellent tour led by our guide Karlos. Packed with information, delivered in a friendly and lighthearted manner. We climbed the tower and were rewarded with stunning 360° views. Then we had a tour of the cathedral which is absolutely stunning. There is so much to see that we stayed on afterwards to explore ourselves. Karlos spoke very knowledgeably about the many beautiful chapels and artifacts adding in some quirky and interesting facts. All in all a very enjoyable and enlightening experience.
We were a bit late starting because of all the other tourist groups but the visit was excellent. Lovely guide (never did quit catch her name, but it was the 11.30am trip on Wednesday 21st Oct). Really enjoyable experience.

Good meet up point near the cathedral. Jesus was a great guide with lots of enthusiasm and knowledge about the tower and cathedral. He made the tour fun. He expertly navigated us through the groups and ensured that we got to see all the major sights and exhibits.
The tour was about 3 hours including time explain the area around the cathedral and the history, to climb the tower if you wanted and have an unhurried fairy inside the cathedral. I would recommend as value for money.
Perfect tour! Was about 2 hours and then you could spend as much time as you’d like at the cathedral. Karlos was fantastic.
Enrique was a great guide. Very knowledgeable of history of cathedral, sculpture and art. Cathedral was incredible. A must see.

The monastery is absolutely gorgeous and the details were unbelievable. I found it a very peaceful place even with crowds. We were a little disappointed in our guide. She was difficult to understand at times and we wished for more details.
They phoned me the day before to change my time. I informed them we couldn’t change to later so I wanted a refund. They then said they’d get back to me and didn’t. The next day I phone to see what was happening no one to could answer me. Eventually at 13:00 they phoned (the time of the booking) informing me that I should go at one. I didn’t make it. Still waiting for my refund.

An absolutely fantastic tour of Seville Cathedral! Our guide was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and professional, and his passion for the history really brought the cathedral to life. He made the tour engaging, interesting, and enjoyable from beginning to end.
We learned so much and got to appreciate the cathedral in a completely different way. Everything was perfectly organized, and our guide made the experience feel personal rather than simply being a standard tour.

Pet peeve: don’t hire a secular, non-religious art historian to give a tour of an actively functioning Catholic Church. Please give us somebody who can some religious flavor. It’s one thing if it’s a tour of lots of city sights. But this was JUST a tour of the cathedral.

Highly recommend this tour company. Emilio, our tour guide, was very knowledgeable and passionate about the history, architecture and artistry of the Cathedral and Giralda. The combination of his wit and story telling made the time we spent with him fly.
Our guide, Claudia was very entertaining and knowledgeable. Managed to keep the group together apart from the extreme heat and cloud in the cathedral. She has a nice personality.
Amazing sights in the cathedral. Felt rushed at times a guide did not wait for everyone before explaining then moving on. However, there was time at the end of the tour to revisit areas individually.

We were scheduled for 12:00 tour. When we got to the meeting @ natura tourismo on 19 Franco Street.. they told us that the tour was canceled..
we were on set timeline schedule. Very disappointed!

Disappointing tour. The guide was nice but not very informative. He hurried through and did not offer very much information. The two tours by this company were not good.

Beautiful church and the tour guide (Jesus) was pleasant and friendly. Enjoyed seeing the burial place of Christopher Columbus.
There was a lot of confusion at the start of our tour - we were moved to another location for a different guide, but ended up with the same one. So, the tour started and ended later than expected. It was informative and interesting, but not the best tour I’ve experienced of a cathedral.

Amazing tour with our guide - she was full of great information and humor !
We didn’t have to wait in any lines
Very disappointing. We'd booked this tour with our friends however the company messed up the booking, sending the tickets to the wrong guide. It was too late to get replacement tickets and by the time they worked all this out (30 minutes) it was too late to get tickets for that day, and leaving 3 of the 5 of us unable to visit the Cathedral as they were leaving the following day.

Great tour guide for this tour of the beautiful cathedral.
Bring walking shoes if you want to visit the bell tower. It’s ramps, and some steps, but it’s 34 levels.
I highly recommend a visit!
This is one of the worst tours I have been on. The office is not air-conditioned where we needed to check in. The audio equipment is inadequate. I had to use two different devices and two different sets of earphones because they didn’t work. And this was not tested before leaving for the cathedral. The one I ended up with only had one battery line which quickly went to zero lines. If I was not standing on top of the tour guide, all I heard was static. I was not informed that I had to cover my shoulders in advance, and so I had to buy an ugly hot scarf to put over my shoulders in 100 degree heat. Every other tour company I have used has texted or emailed detailed information about what to bring, what to expect, and what to do. The tour guide was OK, but I could barely hear her or understand what she was saying which made the explanations less than engaging. Many people ended up leaving before the tour was over, likely for all these reasons. Highly disappointing.
