The “self guided tour” is an app which would have been ok if it was a decent app. If the 22 points of interest, six were outside. The remaining points of interest were very difficult to find as there were no numbers to tell you where to go. The “map” made little sense and thus we had difficulty finding several points. Additionally given the size of the cathedral the app only addressed a small number of points of interest. It was very expensive given what we got
The Giralda tower was not sorry the effort of climbing up, too many people. Make sure you receive the audio guide, as we were told it was on our phone, but in the cathédral they told us we needed a ticket. We paid for the audio guide and are awaiting a refundable for that part as we couldn’t access it. Book with Get you Guide, better service!
Much better to buy the tickets on Cathedral official website for 15 euros per person or alternatively queue for a ticket to use that day or following day. We paid 35euros, had to collect tickets from a tourism office in Seville, address wasn’t clear, it sent me to another address instead. Then you have to download an audio map on your phone. A real faff, and totally ripped off at that price. I understand them taking a bit of commission but come on this is a joke. Someone had made a lot of money here, certainly not the Cathedral though which is rather sad. And remember ladies you must cover your shoulders up too.
The Cathedral is deffo worth a visit, absolutely beautiful and stunning.

Don’t let the long line discourage you- it moves quickly and seeing the inside of this cathedral is well worth it! We used the audio guide a d it was perfect: we could take our time and absorb the size, and the glory, and the sacredness of the place. We highly recommend it.
The app was hard to use as the dots on the map did not indicate direction. I recommend labeling them with numbers and the parts. I ended up using Chat GPT to guide me. A waste of money.

The cathedral and tower were amazing. Be prepared for 34 levels up the Giralda tower, and take plenty of water.!!!

Very frustrating communication and a highly disappointing experience.
We purchased these tickets and, even now, we’re not sure why a ticket pick-up location was required. We received digital tickets with barcodes, which naturally led us to believe that everything was ready for entry.
Our scheduled entrance time was 4:00 pm. When we were refused entry at the Cathedral, we discovered that the office where we were supposedly meant to collect the tickets was already closed. We also struggled to locate the office in the first place, as the instructions provided were unclear.
As a result, six people were left extremely disappointed and missed out on an experience we had planned and paid for. Despite what we believe was misleading information from Viator regarding the ticket collection process, no refund was offered.
Based on this experience, I will not be using this site again and cannot recommend it to others.
Ps.: The entrance tickets at the Cathedral is €15 each

The Cathedral is amazing, get an audio guide as there is much to learn which isn’t boring but very informative. Take lots of photos.
Definitely take the time, if you are physically able, to walk to the top of the tower where the views are magnificent.

Amazing buildings, fusion of moorish and gothic architecture. Was expecting steps to climb up La Giralda, but instead there were a series of sloping floors taking you gradually up to the top. Easier than steps in my view.
Having turned up in good time to collect the tickets from the tourist office we were told to wait for 40 minutes until we were all taken down to the Cathedral in a group as no tickets were to be given out.

Great trip! Would recommend using this provider, easy app to use & audio guide was good. Although in person would of been better.
I thought booking through Viator would be less stressful but this was ridiculous. The tour operator is well established but they aren't professional when it comes to buying tickets m They don't buy the tickets in advance they buy them on the day. Also they have to escorts you to the venue and we were 40 minutes late. The app they use for the audio guide is awful and difficult to use. Viator please investigate this company as I want a full refund for this unprofessional turbulent experience.

Need to ensure shoulders are covered or may be refused entry. One of our party had to buy a shawl to be allowed in.
The Giralda Tower is a climb of 35 floors but by slopes rather than steps which makes it much easier and accessible and the view at the top is stunning. If you’re there when the bells ring though you will need to cover your ears!
The Cathedral is huge and the architecture is fantastic.
The Cathedral was packed with people, the Giraldi tower was very disappointing - very high, closed mesh all the way round so very hard to see anything.
The tour company was very disorganised inside and the poor guide (who tried hard) was clearly overwhelmed as far too many people booked on the tour. All in all, the worst tourist experience on our holiday.

We had a difficult time locating the office. There were 2 different addresses!! We call Travelocity and they were really no help. What a disappointment. It was the worst tour ever!

The cathedral is beautiful! Oh my. Well worth a visit. Make sure to book tickets online through the cathedrals website directly. You can even get them at the cathedral itself. However, the fact that companies are allowed to buy up tickets and then sell them at a higher price with more restrictions seems fraudulent. Unfortunately, this company has a cornerstone of the tourist market in Sevilla. Hit or miss.

The Cathedral is breathtaking. I felt like it took me back to the time where Catholicism was ever the strongest. Worth it!
I went to the entrance (not knowing there are two). Security said I needed to print out the confirmation. So I walked 10 mins to the office address to print out the confirmation paper. The guy who printed out the paper told me I was at the wrong entrance at the cathedral. So then I headed back to the correct entrance. After entering I asked for the auido guide since I I paid for it (mentioned clearly on the title of purchase). They said they can't allow it as I've not paid for it via the original seville cathedral website. I had to pay an extra €4 to for an audio guide.

Skip the line is a must, from there you can go at your own pace, audio guide is very informative. Highly recommmed if you don’t like waiting for groups of people.
We had to figure out where we needed to go get the tickets. It wasn’t emailed to us. The instructions were not very clear. We lost a lot of time looking for the place where we had to go get the physical tickets.
