A warm, personal experience that was both educational and delicious, featuring amazing pintxos and a welcoming host.
Iri, the tour guide is a true local and was helpful, friendly, funny and very knowledgeable. The tour showed us some brilliant, different pintxos venues with amazing food and drinks where we were treated like family, not like tourists.
It's a good introduction to local specialties such as foie gras and shark that I might not have tried on my own.
An amazing tour. Ines, our tour guide, was fantastic. She is very knowledgeable and is super friendly. We went to 5 places. All great! I would highly recommend doing this tour, especially if you just arrived in San Sebastián.
Our guide Aliai was absolutely fantastic. Very interesting and a lot of fun!! Food was delicious and very full at the end! Highly recommend!!!

What a wonderful way to introduce ourselves to the pintxos culture of San Sebastián! Kristina was a terrific guide. We loved the emphasis on longstanding family owned businesses. We loved the pairing of food and drink giving us experiences outside of what we would typically order. A very well done tour and would highly recommend.

We had such a wonderful food tour with Ines! She was incredibly friendly, warm, and approachable, and the small, intimate group made the whole experience feel more like hanging out with friends than being on a tour. She took us to some fantastic authentic, non-touristy spots we never would have found on our own and introduced us to so much of the local Basque culture along the way. The food was amazing, but getting to experience San Sebastián through Ines made it even more special. Highly recommend!

We took this tour our first night in San Sebastian. We saw 2 areas and 6 food stops. Alaia, our guide was excellent- vivacious, knowledgable, friendly. The food choices were delicious. I highly recommend the tour. It was a highlight.

San Sebastian Beyond Pintxos food tour led by Iri was an excellent experience with a great tour guide and lovely group of companions.
We visited various establishments and had a brilliant range of gastronomic delights nicely spaced out. We also visited a local natural wine supplier
A variety of local drinks were on offer also and all the foods were specialities of the Basque region
Would recommend this tour to anyone visiting San Sebastian
Little tip though .....don't eat for a while beforehand

Our foodie tour with Iri was amazing!!!
Not only did she share amazing foods, wines and cocktails with us, she was so knowledgeable about San Sebastián (where she grew up) the Basque culture and general information about Spain.
A delightful young lady who you immediately felt was a good friend. Each restaurant we visited was terrific, nice sized portions and plenty to drink. I’d highly recommend this tour and our guide Iri.

This tour was amazing! We were not sure what to expect since there were not very many Viator reviews. The tour is new, so not many reviews yet, but don’t let that stop you. The tour guide, Iri, is a Basque native and shared with us a lot of information about the culture and history in a very entertaining way. There was a full meal’s worth of food; we barely had room for dessert (which was so lovely so be sure you do save some room). And, the “surprise” at the end of the tour was so much fun! Do not hesitate to sign up!
