Isaiah was a truly excellent at his job...really makes a nervous skier feel relaxed and comfortable out on the open sea.

No clear instructions rude staff didn’t let us know things in advance no person at station and no one to help answer questions

Response from Host, Mar 2026

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that your experience didn’t meet expectations. We always aim to provide clear instructions and courteous service, so it’s disappointing to learn you felt otherwise. Your review mentions both that no staff were present and that staff were rude, which is a bit contradictory. Our team is often out on the water assisting guests during active tours, so there may be brief moments when the kiosk is unattended. However, this should never result in confusion or unanswered questions, and we’re reviewing our procedures to ensure guests receive the guidance they need before and during their activity. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention, as it helps us improve our communication and guest support. If you’re open to it, we’d like to understand more about what happened so we can address it properly.
