Overview

Many travelers come to Finland to spot the Northern Lights, but without local tips, it can be tricky to know the best places to see them. This small-group trip is a great option for an evening of aurora hunting. Set off in a minibus and pass by 2–3 locations based on weather conditions. Please dress warmly in suitable winter clothing and be prepared to spend time outdoors enjoying the Arctic night atmosphere.
The total duration includes transfer time. Pick-up service is included from selected locations. If your accommodation is not listed, please contact us to check availability.
You will receive the final meeting time and meeting point upon confirmation. Failure to participate in the safari due to missing the meeting time or meeting point will not be eligible for a refund.

Que Viator no quiso cambiar la fecha de excursión y no vimos nada, quisimos cambiar al dia siguiente y no lo permitió. No recomiendo Viator pues no responde

no compensa este tipo de tours, sobre todo teniendo en cuenta que pagas casi 300 euros y aun sabiendo que llevaban 15 días sin ver auroras sin cancelar los tours, te llevan igual, es verdad que el guía no tiene culpa, es un buen profesional, y que tú has hecho la reserva, pero por si le sirve a alguien, mejor usar una aplicación que las hay muy buenas y buscar una zona alejada de la ciudad, si vas a verlas recuerda que el cielo es el mismo para todos.

Our guides always do their best to choose the spots for the aurora where the probability of seeing it is the highest. For the period you booked the tour for, there were no northern lights in Rovaniemi for several days, which unfortunately sometimes happens because it is a natural phenomenon and you should always try to know the presence of the northern lights at certain times. If you concerned about the weather conditions and probability you can always contact us and we can change the date if you notify us in advance. We can not cancel your booking by our own intention, because we know there is always a chance to see aurora and these applications and forecasts you mentioned is just a part of hunting, the most important part is the experience in picking the location.
