Good points: Driver got us to Prague safe and timely. Cons: The van was not clean, quite dirty. Driver was courteous, but barely spoke English. No water available for the 3 hour drive. Trunk had so many personal items, the luggage barely fit. We thought we were paying for a professional service, but this did not seem to be.
