Head out into the Troodos Mountains with this cultural tour, which mixes sightseeing and culinary adventure. Itinerary
Start your morning with pickup from your Paphos accommodation or nearby pickup spot and travel down the coast to see the famous Aphrodite's Rock down on the coast, making the most of its convenient location on your route to the mountains.
Relax as the driver of the minibus takes you up into the mountains to the village of Lofou. Hop out here to stretch your legs and sample local halloumi and coffee as you shop at craft stores.
Head farther into the mountains, admiring the scenery along the way, to the traditional village of Omodos. There you’ll be taken to the Timios Stavros Monastery to learn why this is one of the island’s most important monasteries.
After a short stop to see the Millomeris Waterfalls, reward your day’s efforts with some wine tasting at the Lambouri Winery, without the worry of needing to drive yourself back to Paphos.

Lovely day visiting a variety of special places including wine tasting ….. blue wine !!! Yes please!
The villlage at the end please go to the restaurant Galina recommends food and drinks are 5* BUT the portions are huge!!
Would recommend this trip for anyone wanting a little bit of local hospitality and beautiful scenery.

Our tour guide Angela was absolutely fantastic and made this tour special. Her knowledge of the history of Cyprus and local knowledge gave a real feeling of Cypriot life. Her commentary was clear and not rushed.
The villages were beautiful and I'm really glad we chose this tour to see them. So picturesque.
I saw a review complaining about the bus and waterfall, buti don't agree at all. The waterfall was really pretty and the bus was comfy and air-conditioned. It was a smaller bus, and the driver did so well getting round some tight bends. A huge bus would never make it.
I wasn't especially looking forward to the wine tasting but it was actually a highlight. The winery was very pleasant and the tasting guide had us all laughing. He was very entertaining.
The Aphrodite stop was a great spot for a pic.
I feel I know so much more about Cyprus now. Great tour guide (and driver), good tour, lasting memories. Thank you.

This was an enjoyable day out. The guide was very knowledgeable and friendly but spoke a little quickly at times. I had assumed we would be tasting Halloumi as part of the trio when the description said we would be sampling halloumi but apparently that meant we could buy it for lunch. Also the description said the final thing we would do was the wine tasting which was not true. In addition the wine tasting was so quick I can hardly remember what they tasted like!

Great day out , fantastic value for money . Angela had lots of interesting information on the history of Cyprus as well as some more recent facts and data. Lovely couple of traditional villages in the mountains ( which we may come back too . Alongside a visit to Aphrodites rock , waterfall and winery . Pick ups and day was timely.

The mini bus provided seemed mechanically unfit for purpose. It was very slow and struggled to move upwards on the hills. Also made a lot of unnerving squeaks!
Although the trip on Viator gave various timings to the stop, these were not followed on the trip and, instead of getting 2 hours in Omodos for lunch and exploring, plus an extra 40 mins to visit the monastery; we only had 1 hrs 45 mins to do everything - effectively losing an hour and meaning that we did not have the opportunity to see everything we had wanted. We were told by the tour guide that they never allow the 2 hrs 40 mins as the drivers have a maximum time they can drive for in one day.
The waterfalls are pretty but not spectacular and I would bother to go again.
Both Lofou and Omodos villages are lovely. Aphrodites Rock is a nice beach area and a good photo opportunity.

Pick up on time and just down the road from hotel. Angela was a very sweet guide and clearly explained the itinerary of the day and was knowledgeable. Excursion was at a good pace with several stops which didn’t feel rushed. A place was recommended for lunch but you had other options as well which was nice. All in all, a good trip.

The tour and the guide were both okay. Most of the time was spent on the bus, with relatively short stops at each location. If you enjoy taking photos and sharing them on social media, this tour will probably be right up your alley. However, if you're looking for a more immersive experience, you may want to consider a different tour.
The wine tasting was really enjoyable and interactive. I can confidently say it was the highlight of the entire tour.
Overall, the tour was enjoyable, but it left much to be desired.

I had the tour 14.07.26 and our tour guide Karina was great met us outside our hotel
As we was waiting at the front off the hotel
And the tour coach was across the road. The whole tour was a great experience by far and all went well. karina is a very knowledgable tour guide and I learnt so much about Cyprus and the Villages we visited. The tour was good. We enjoyed seeing the little villages. The wine wasn't to our taste unfortunately. The stop for lunch in the square was quite dusty and noisy as they were carrying out some building work. It pays to have a little wander around to find somewhere nice to eat.

This trip gives you a broader understanding of Cyprus. It's history, culture, etc. Seeing the variants in the landscape and visiting small villages is interesting. Aphrodite rock and the waterfall were just touristy things. Wine tasting at Lion's Spirit was good. The vehicle was a bit dated, but the tour leader and driver were very good.

Yet another great tour by Constructour. We’ve taken three Cypru excursions organized by Constructour and all of them including this most recent one to Troodos mountains are very well run. Our guide was pleasant and knew a lot about plants. We didn’t expect to learn about Cypriot fora during the walking tour of the villages but it was certainly informative and fun! Our driver was also very skilled and drove us up the narrow mountain roads expertly. The only minor letdown for us is that the lunch was arranged a bit late and after the wine tasting session. My partner and I felt too bloated after the wines and bread, so we decided to skip lunch and didn’t get to enjoy restaurant recommended by our guide.
